Facilities: As a real estate converted into a homestay, the layout of the room has been carefully considered and is very suitable for family outings. However, the location is remote and it is difficult to get a taxi. The service staff are of poor quality and do not solve any problems. On the first day we checked into the room, there was no Wi-Fi. We called the front desk and they said it couldn't be fixed and that the problem needed to be solved by a professional. The man at the front desk looked disgusted and thought we were looking for trouble. The next day, when I used the washing machine, it didn't work. I called two technicians to repair it and it worked. However, the washing machine leaked again and the floor was wet. I called the front desk to ask the aunt to mop it, but she didn't come from one o'clock to five o'clock. I asked her four times and she said that the cleaning was arranged by the same schedule. If there was a mop, I would have done it myself a long time ago. It's really a waste to stay in this hotel, but they still give it high ratings. The aunt only collects the garbage and changes the toiletries every day when cleaning, and she doesn't even wash the cups for thirsty tea. The guy at the front desk who takes people into the room and helps them book tours is really a rip-off. If you search more yourself, you will find that the prices are way off.

Advantages: The room is relatively new, relatively large, the facilities are relatively complete, and the breakfast is OK. Disadvantages: The hotel is too expensive, too far from the city, and it is difficult to get a taxi. The room has a strong smell, so people who are sensitive to smells should be cautious when staying there. The water heater is a storage type, so you have to take turns to take a shower, which is very troublesome! The room service is average, the response is slow and the problem cannot be solved.

我們是新年期間去的。酒店旁邊沒什麼餐廳，走十幾分鍾或者打車五分鐘就能到小鎮上，那裡餐廳商店比較多。不知道是不是新年的原因，打車真的好難好難好難好難好難🥲🥲滴滴就算加錢還沒截車快 雖然交通不算很方便，但酒店是新裝修所以感覺不錯。酒店整個在一個小區裏，小區裏還有其他酒店。房間環境就像公寓一樣，很大很舒服，和圖片裏的一模一樣！！廁所有兩個，不怕爭廁所了哈哈。而且還有洗衣機洗衣液，衣服基本上一個晚上就幹了，真的好乾燥。總結：這個價錢值了～ 這次搶不到長白山的票，下次來我肯定會再選擇這裏～～

這次出行最大的驚喜就是定了這個好酒店。房型特別合適一家出遊，工作人員熱情態度好，裝修大氣，衞生乾淨，洗浴備品堪比五星酒店。最意外的是除夕夜酒店還特意安排住店客人免費吃年夜飯熱鬧熱鬧，還邀請小朋友包餃子，還手把手的教南方小土豆們，小朋友開心壞了。總結就是：物超所值，值得再來。

有專車接送真的很方便。房間非常棒！房子很大，有全屋智能語音，窗户很多，窗外景色好，給了我們一間有麻將房的房間，非常感謝。還帶了早餐和温泉，可惜室外温泉沒開。

非常舒服，前台小姐姐態度好超好ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧，還有很舒服的温泉，我還帶我侄女在樓下的小公園玩雪了！
