Not good. Old hotel. Poor breakfast and got scammed by the receptionist about a private "tour". When there without visiting the Chang bai mountain. Which is a waste. Bought to many over priced attraction, restaurant and even forced to buy ginseng! As a tourist, do your due diligence homework and avoid "tour" at all cost!

An old hotel past its grandeur days. A little expensive for an old facility. Room is big though. Staff don’t work in unity. Front desk and concierge don’t work as a unit. Didn’t see the concierge after the initial check in. Front desk do not know when concierge will come in. Frustrating for guests who need the help of concierge.
Being friendly to guests is not one of the work ethos of all the front desk staffs. Hot baths was good though.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Erdaobaihe Town, close to Changbai Mountain North Slope Tourism Distribution Center, Edelweiss, Yunding Market, Yunding Palace and other attractions. The main street of the town is right outside, and there is a large supermarket downstairs, which makes eating and shopping very convenient. The hotel environment is also good. I would like to especially thank the front desk manager Tian for helping us introduce and coordinate various matters. He was very thoughtful and helped us a lot in our pleasant journey.
