入住黃松蒲林場的客人，如果上北坡遊覽，可享受門票中25元車費退款。我到了退房時才知道這個訊息。打景區客服説但該酒店告知客人，但酒店説自己沒這個義務，總之錯過了所謂的“當天退款”，打了投訴電話，最終還是給解決了。但耽誤了我們大概2小時的日程。總之還希望酒店做好員工管理，提高服務水平。

在這裏住宿一個晚上，酒店服務人員服務特別好，在這裏表示感謝;酒店周邊環境很好，既有自帶的花園，又有周圍森林的天然氧吧，晚上休息很好;酒店150米外就是旅行吃住的好地方，買東西吃飯都很方便;有車自駕到這裏住宿很好。

房間面積很大，位置很好，酒店樓下就是上長白山景區的大巴車站。車票還可以節省25元/人。一家三口車票就省了75元，太好了！
