Location is not good , the hotel is located outside the city area so it really hard to find taxi.
The girl at the front desk is quite rude , no service mind, and no one can speak English
This should be 3 stars hotel, not 5 stars

The load is under construction to the hotel, cleaned hotel but hot spring is needed additional cost

It's my first time staying here. The environment is very good. The room is quite big and clean. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good. The hot spring here is very good. There are many pools and outdoor hot springs. I will stay here again when I travel next time. I highly recommend it!
