Location is not good , the hotel is located outside the city area so it really hard to find taxi.
The girl at the front desk is quite rude , no service mind, and no one can speak English
This should be 3 stars hotel, not 5 stars

The load is under construction to the hotel, cleaned hotel but hot spring is needed additional cost

Great experience! Hot springs facilities, food, hotel rooms are all excellent. The hotel specialist offered us helpful guidance and information to explore the local area and activities. Definitely recommend it!

It is really complicated to understand the ticketing of different tourist spots but they have a specialist there to help you with your itinerary

Facilities: The space is quite large, I am satisfied with it overall, it looks new

2 tickets for hot springs, unlimited times Experience: It is very comfortable to soak in the hot springs. Although the outdoor hot springs are cold, they are very nice for taking pictures
