Great service and delicious breakfast. There was snowfall when we stayed in March, so it was nice having snowplay and photo taking around the forest area beside the hotel. The staff were kind and ensured that we stayed hydrated, by providing us with extra water and beverages.

i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan.
when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed.
i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us.
variety of breakfast :)
hotel arrange bus to send me and my friend to next hotel. that's so lovely :)

The service in this Hotel is truly amazing. They're welcomming, helping, and even carring, I arrived late and they offer me some fruits and some of their snacks :)
They provide free transportation from the station to the hotel, as well as if ur going to Changbai Montain, u just need to give them a call (in chinese).
They will take the time to call u and give u some advice for local food and attractions. Defenitly recommend it, its worth it !

This hotel doesn't accept foreigners.
We had booked a night in an RV and were directed to a campsite nearby. We had a great night! The RV was well equipped and cosy. The campsite is close to a beautiful forest where it's possible to walk around. The autumn colors on the leaves were beautiful.

The room is very clean and the environment is very nice. The breakfast is also rich and the service is very good. The high-speed rail pick-up will be waiting for everyone, and if you don't have breakfast, you will be left with a meal. It's very thoughtful, but it's not easy to drive here during the snow melting season. It's best to drive or rent a car. This place is very close to Linxi Volcanic Hot Spring and not far from Pumice Forest!
