這次幫長者預訂了一場説走就走的旅行，收穫的是十分的滿意。剛剛訂完房就給酒店打了電話，前台小哥哥非常耐心地解答了關於上山、温泉，以及其他設施的一切問題。入住以後，也是被乾淨的房間、豐盛的餐食留下深刻印象。

酒店環境好，服務很貼心，來不及下山退房的情況下，還幫忙收拾遺漏的物品，收拾晚上曬在屋外頭的衣服，貼心保管，給個大大的贊👍

房間很有特色，酒店是朝鮮族院落式的，可惜沒時間拍旅拍，有vip和温泉，雖然價格不便宜但是很划算了。整體而言剔除國慶溢價部分，還是可以看出來設施很新，傢俱也不錯，衹是談不上高星那種。早餐還算是比較在線。沒有自助洗衣房，洗手間也沒有掛鈎略擠。
温泉很好但是酒店去泡温泉需要走一百米的331公路很暗兩邊樹林有點嚇人，尤其是發現酒店和路邊都掛了驅獸鈴鐺，白毛汗都出來了。畢竟是長白山山裡呀，有沒有辦提高沿路的亮度或者提供下去温泉的擺渡車會更好呢。

在長白山北景區裏面，帶有vip權益，坐車到集散中心，然後小車上天池兩段都不用排隊，早餐也很豐富，送的有温泉票，温泉很不錯，是真的温泉池子。

2大1小長白山北景區VIP通道（門票及車票需自行購買）:真的太方便了，去天池基本沒有排隊，特別省時省力。

真心是覺得太差勁了，到酒店入住沒有任何提醒，就説看牌子全靠自己理解，房間吹風機是這樣的，所謂的早餐就是粥和鹹菜，床鋪是這樣，再説服務的態度，讓你感覺是欠他錢沒還，問什麼都是你錯過時間了，因為你要把牌子的內容背下來，不然你沒有任何服務。服務人都是嘴巴封閉的，不做提醒和幫助，房間的床鋪也不換，衞生真是一塌糊塗
