Hope my review can find you well, if you are considering this hotel, just book it! From the day I booked this hotel, I asked the frontdesk people tons of questions regarding my experiences in Changbaishan, because I'm new to this place and have no clue at all. They were very kind and patient with me, even showed me how to buy tickets of Tianchi peak on Wechat. The hotel is super new, with full of facilities and even a tea set with tatami corner and a glass baywindow for your own enjoyment. Great system with welcoming screen and music whenever you entered the room. Toilet bowl was heating and automatically flushing. Breakfast was good and various. We enjoyed it a lot. Location is good, you can reach the Edelweiss Reindeer Park in just few minutes by foot and reach the tourist center of North Slope Changbaishan National Park center (where to catch a bus to Changbaishan and Tianchi peak) in 15 minutes by foot. My appreciation to the female driver of the hotel who was picked us up at the train station and sent us off, even drove us to some good places for dinner, and help us alot. People from Yunju hotel were all nice and helpful. Great impression!

The location is very good, close to Yunding Palace and the dining street. The decoration of the hotel is also very warm. When I went there, it was just after the Spring Festival. It was very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. The service at the front desk was very good, especially A Yue, who helped me solve the problem as soon as I needed it. She was humorous and hospitable, making me feel at home. The room decoration is novel and the layout is reasonable. The bathroom supplies, especially the hand sanitizer, are very fragrant and smell good. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, I will stay in this hotel again, the cost performance is high👍

We were exhausted after climbing Tianchi Lake, so staying at the Changbai Mountain Dynasty Holy Land Hot Spring Hotel was a real smart decision! A soak in the hot springs instantly dispelled the chill and fatigue, and the steam room was incredibly relaxing for a detoxifying session. The kids had so much fun playing on the kiddie slide that they didn't want to leave. My family and I also had a massage, which was expertly done and really loosened up our sore muscles. It was the perfect place to recharge after climbing Tianchi Lake! The service was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The room attendant even thoughtfully offered fruit snacks, which was a truly heartwarming and thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changbai Mountain, especially after visiting Tianchi Lake. A soak, steam, and massage here are a great way to wash away any fatigue and relax. The service was fantastic!

The hotel is in a great location and convenient for travel! The hotel service is warm and the facilities are complete and new! There is a self-service laundry room, robot delivery, and TV projection, which is simple and convenient. Compared with the local five-star hotel, the comprehensiveness of the service is not much less.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation nearby, making it incredibly easy to explore. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a quick check-in process and even thoughtfully offering local tips for getting around. Our room was well-appointed with comfortable bedding, a practical wet/dry separated bathroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and quiet air conditioning. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and offered great value for money. Highly recommended.

I came to Enduri this weekend to relax and breathe some fresh air. I stayed at the Floral Luxury Forest Hotel. As a fellow Northeasterner, I couldn't be more impressed. Every single staff member, from the front desk, receptionist, manager, and driver, was incredibly friendly! I highly recommend it! The amenities were excellent value, including afternoon tea, small desserts, and drinks, and the room also had a fruit plate. We went rafting and mountain biking, as recommended by the hotel. The kids had a blast. That evening, we soaked in the volcanic hot springs. The water, which is naturally mountain water, is sulphur-rich and quite pleasant! Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Our first night in Changbai Mountain was spent on the mountain itself. On our second day, we returned to Erdaobaihe Town and chose to stay at the Zhihe Hotel. The hotel offers a convenient pick-up and drop-off service. The staff handling the transfers were very diligent, confirming our schedule and even introducing us to the town, offering recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded our room. It was very spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the gently flowing Erdaobaihe River right from our window, which was incredibly relaxing. The hotel lobby provides complimentary limited-time beverages and some charming cultural and creative items. In the evening, we enjoyed the hot springs, which featured a unique 'Iron Pot Stew Yourself' experience. Breakfast was served at the Suspended River Restaurant, which is built over the river itself. It was there we even spotted the legendary lobby manager, the peacock. The hotel also offers complimentary bicycle rentals. We took advantage of this twice – once on the afternoon before our check-in day and again on the morning of our second day – and managed to explore most of what the town has to offer. The town's well-planned cycling paths are incredibly cyclist-friendly. If you're planning to stay in town, you absolutely can't go wrong with Zhihe.

It's an executive suite. The room was very clean and quite spacious, with two separate bathrooms and a terrace offering views of the entrance to the wetland flower fields across the way. It's conveniently located not far from the Edelweiss Elk Garden and the Changbai Mountain North Slope Tourist Distribution Center. The Yunding Market is also about 500 meters away and gets very lively in the evenings 🌃. Luckily, on the day we visited the North Slope, the weather was clear and beautiful, allowing us to see the full panoramic view of Heavenly Lake from the North Slope. I recommend taking Route B first, as it offers the most comprehensive view of Heavenly Lake from the North Slope. The stairs are significantly fewer, making it ideal for younger people and seniors who prefer not to walk too much 🥳. Route A is truly only for those with good physical stamina; it's all stairs, the views of Heavenly Lake are quite mediocre and you can barely see the whole thing, plus it gets extremely crowded, and you'll have to wait ages just to get a photo 😅. (PS: For summer trips to Changbai Mountain, make sure you have full sun protection: sunscreen, a wide-brimmed sun hat, and a sun-protective jacket or windbreaker. As a tourist from the south, I got lazy and didn't wear my hat for photos, and now I'm recovering from a bad sunburn...😢)

The service is really super, super good, and there are fruits and milk for delivery. The hotel environment is also very good, very good, and it is very close to tourist attractions. There is a shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station.

The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine). However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting! 美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！
