Hotels in North slope of Changbai Mountain, Antu

Our 4 nights stay at this hotel is definitely the highlight of our Changbaishan trip. We had minimal planning for our trip here knowing that the hotel could take care of almost everything. The snowy weather makes this place looks very magical with the decoration too! Things I really like about this hotel: 1. The pickup from Changbaishan train station to hotel, notify the hotel a day before arrival 2. Unlimited access to natural hot spring, both outdoor and indoor. 3. Fast pass to Changbaishan Tianchi (peak) by skipping the queue. The hotel is just few hundred meters away from Changbaishan entrance 4. Ski ticket and transport to the nearest Ski Resort 5. Great variety for breakfast 6. Clean and spacious room 7. An assigned butler(张永萍)to us to help with all our needs during our trip and stay in CBS 8. Recommended driver from the hotel to bring us around Erdaobai town, very friendly driver and reasonable charges Things to improve: 1. Choice of meals for room service can be improved 2. There’s a Food Hall for hotel guests to go for lunch and dinner since the hotel is quite some distance from the town. Meals are quite costly in exchange for convenience

Stayed for two nights and upgraded to a deluxe twin bed, which should be 4 square meters more than what I originally booked. As soon as I entered the door, I saw the stone shrine on the balcony. 😁Maybe because of the mountain, it is a bit different from the traditional five-star, but fortunately the service is good. I bought a package ticket for unlimited access to hot springs, Tianchi VIP ride, and three hours of skiing. My child was over the height limit, so I paid 500 more to share all services. The train station is free to pick up and drop off, and the journey takes 50 minutes. Living on the mountain has relatively few dining options, but the scenery on the north slope is really invincible. It's great that Tianchi VIP doesn't have to queue for 1 hour. Xiao Zhao at the concierge is very enthusiastic, and the car booking and luggage services are very thoughtful. Overall, I am very satisfied. There are many types of breakfast, and the noodles are delicious, especially the spicy minced meat with ingredients is suitable for the taste of Shanghai Xiaolongbao. It is recommended to have more steamed options.

this resort is comprehensive. my family enjoy the stay. The hot spring is within the building. There is a small animal encounter area beside the resort. U can pay RMB12 for a cup of carrot to feed animals. The staffs are friendly and helpful and specially thanks to Zou Ming, she has helped to waive my children's breakfast charge as they are taller than required height. and she help us to arrange Changbaishan scenic tickets which is hard to get as an international tourist.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

The room was very clean and tidy, and breakfast was prepared for us to go out and play with a full stomach. The environment of the restaurant on the 8th floor is particularly good. When the weather is good, you can directly see Changbai Mountain. When we were eating, it was snowing outside, and there were birch forests outside, which made us feel very happy. We checked in very late, and the front desk sister Jiang waited for us very patiently. She was very warm-hearted and recommended us many fun places. She was also very patient and actively helped us solve any difficulties and needs. It can be said that with the help of sister Jiang, we had more fun. I heard that there are hot springs, but we arrived too late and didn't soak in them. It was a bit regretful, but the environment of the hotel and sister Jiang's service made up for this regret.

i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan. when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed. i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us. variety of breakfast :) hotel arrange bus to send me and my friend to next hotel. that's so lovely :) thanks so much from 泰国人

The boss is good, the location of the inn is relatively close to the scenic spot, 200 meters walk to the ticket gate of the scenic spot, the accommodation environment is OK, clean, the room is very warm, there are many play items around the accommodation, but they are all charged! The only downside is that the inn is relatively far from the rafting and high-speed rail, but the boss can get it!

This trip to Changbai Mountain can be so satisfied. The innkeeper is good. He gives guidance all the way. There are many travel suggestions. I have been asked to avoid many things I don’t know. We two elders in our 70s came to Changbai Mountain Scenic Area to visit and booked Changbai Mountain Linhai Renjia Tianyuan Inn. Due to heavy rain, we arrived late. The innkeeper was always concerned and concerned about us and sent us a new location. After arriving at the inn, we were very satisfied with the room we booked. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The inn has convenient transportation and is very close to the scenic spot. At our request, the innkeeper gave us detailed information about visiting Changbai Mountain. And personally delivered us to the tourist service center. Make us have fun and enjoy ourselves. I brushed the north slope twice, but the last time was in the most beautiful season of autumn. This time I took the challenge of driving there in winter. The hotel has convenient parking and a large house. Our team building team came from Beijing. The team lived in a villa which was very lively and they could also play mahjong. The Changbai Mountain Hot Spring that comes with your stay is great. You must experience the ice and fire of Changbai Mountain Hot Spring in winter. If you check into the hotel, there will be a car that will take you directly to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Scenic Area Transfer Center. When you come back, the bus will take you back to the door, which is really convenient. The hotel lobby manager and the front desk lady are very warm and thoughtful. Following people's advice to have a full meal, we listened to the hotel's arrangements and were the first to go to Tianchi in the morning, and successfully saw Tianchi. Due to the strong wind, Tianchi was closed, haha! Also, buying skiing and rafting tickets at the hotel is cheaper than online, which is very affordable.
