I went there on New Year's Day. The villa is particularly beautiful. In the mountains, it's so beautiful when it snows! ! ! ! ! ! When I booked Tianhuofeng, the room gap was quite large. My friends had to pay attention to room allocation when traveling. The room is a bit dark, but very beautiful! ! ! All are wooden. The hotel gave away ski tickets and hot spring tickets. For the hot spring, I chose Lanjing Ecological International! ! Super super pretty! ! The service in the villa is very good and the people are very nice! ! Recommended! ! ! It is recommended to drive there by yourself.

Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

Unfortunately, family rooms weren't available, so we ended up with a king room with an extra bed, which made the space a bit tight. This hotel is a definite must-book if you're planning a trip to Heaven Lake at Changbai Mountain, as it offers a VIP transfer channel. They also provide complimentary high-speed rail shuttle service and free access to their on-site hot springs. The complimentary cookies, however, weren't to my taste. A breakfast buffet is included; the variety is decent, quite similar to what you'd find at other hotels of the same standard. We arrived in the afternoon and, being too tired to venture out to town, decided to have dinner at the hotel's second-floor restaurant. We opted for a Korean BBQ set menu, which was plenty for three of us. While the set menu dishes aren't typically free-flow, after a brief chat with the manager, they kindly provided an extra portion. The service was great, and the restaurant was quite busy. There's also a convenience store downstairs with reasonable prices for drinks and alcohol.

My stay at Naitoushan Resort Hotel felt like a clash between ideal and reality. The ideal part was the surrounding environment, which was like stepping into a serene pastoral painting. Outside the window, terraced rice fields stretched out, distant mountains were shrouded in mist, and the upturned eaves of Korean-style wooden cabins peeked through the lush greenery. Around 4 or 5 AM, the sky was already fully bright. The sun quickly climbed over the mountain, its golden light streaming through the lattice windows, diagonally spreading across the room's floor and the edge of the bed. Pushing open the window, crisp air, mingled with the scent of dew and rice stalks, rushed in. Faint wisps of smoke were already rising straight up from the chimneys of distant wooden houses, gently dispersed by the wind, carrying a subtle aroma of burning firewood – someone must be starting breakfast. Being deep within the forest, we even saw wild roe deer and foxes on the road entering and exiting the hotel for the first time. The only restaurant in the village was a barbecue place, and the owner was wonderful. When buying cantaloupes, he'd let us take our children to his vegetable garden to pick fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. In the evening, a stroll through the village revealed the setting sun casting long shadows from the wooden cabins, and cooking smoke slowly fading into the twilight. Occasionally, a few dog barks would drift from afar before quickly receding into the silence, as wildflowers along the road swayed gently in the evening breeze. There was an indescribable sense of tranquil peace that washed over my heart like warm water. This place lacked any artificial 'scenic spot' feel; it was just life in its purest form, simple yet moving. The reality, however, is that the hotel deserves a bad review. First, let's talk about breakfast. The milk was so heavily diluted with water that it had no milky taste at all. I had to call a server who then specifically brought me undiluted milk. Then, when I asked an attendant to cook noodles, she said they had no meat broth, only the plain water used for boiling noodles. I offered to wait for her to fetch some chicken broth, but she replied that it was almost the end of service and she couldn't add it, adding that I 'should have gotten up earlier to eat' if I wanted chicken broth. This was frustrating, especially since breakfast service ended at 9 AM and I was there at 8:40 AM. In the end, my noodles were still served in plain cooking water. Regarding lunch and dinner, Naitoushan only has the hotel's own restaurant and that one barbecue place. If you want to eat in town, a taxi costs 100 RMB round trip, minimum. Next, the hotel's hot spring. Guests are required to change into their swimwear in their rooms, as the hot spring area itself does not provide bathrobes or towels. Finally, the hotel service. The front desk staff were quite good; they were responsive to requests, helped arrange taxis, and recommended local food. However, the service from other staff was simply beyond description – there was a complete lack of any service. For a hotel priced similarly to a four-star establishment, this level of service quality is truly unacceptable. It was the worst hotel experience we had during our entire Changbai Mountain trip.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

The room was spacious, the hot springs were exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options (though not entirely to my personal taste). Most importantly, the butler service (管家莹莹 小張）was outstanding. From the moment of arrival, throughout the stay, and even during outings, the staff provided comprehensive 24-hour assistance. They followed up on every detail and ensured everything ran smoothly, creating a truly welcoming and home-like experience. The level of care and attention made me feel like a valued guest at every turn, leaving a lasting impression on the overall quality of my stay.

Especially satisfied with the pleasant journey, exceeding expectations, several travel together, everyone is full of praise for the hotel's environment and service, the price is really high, you can often come to vacation! The room is very good, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, the service is particularly good! There are high-speed rail station pick-up, hot spring tickets and pick-up, Tianchi VIP channel and pick-up, off-road vehicles, bicycles, suitable for children to play. The hotel's sauerkraut dumplings are also delicious. Special thanks to the front desk beauty and handsome guy for their thoughtful enthusiasm, the feeling of being at home is really good, with a full sense of happiness to end the journey, looking forward to coming again next time!

The service in this Hotel is truly amazing. They're welcomming, helping, and even carring, I arrived late and they offer me some fruits and some of their snacks :) They provide free transportation from the station to the hotel, as well as if ur going to Changbai Montain, u just need to give them a call (in chinese). They will take the time to call u and give u some advice for local food and attractions. Defenitly recommend it, its worth it ! Thank u for being that carring !

The room was very clean and tidy, and breakfast was prepared for us to go out and play with a full stomach. The environment of the restaurant on the 8th floor is particularly good. When the weather is good, you can directly see Changbai Mountain. When we were eating, it was snowing outside, and there were birch forests outside, which made us feel very happy. We checked in very late, and the front desk sister Jiang waited for us very patiently. She was very warm-hearted and recommended us many fun places. She was also very patient and actively helped us solve any difficulties and needs. It can be said that with the help of sister Jiang, we had more fun. I heard that there are hot springs, but we arrived too late and didn't soak in them. It was a bit regretful, but the environment of the hotel and sister Jiang's service made up for this regret.

It was an ideal stay. The autumn in Changbai Mountain is so cool that you have to wear long johns at night. I called the boss in advance to ask for advice. The boss reminded me to bring autumn clothes and jackets, otherwise I would have to suffer from the cold if I don’t go to the main peak of Tianchi. It was already evening when we checked in, and the boss was still waiting for us. We were very touched. Due to the off-season, there were not many people, but the boss still served us enthusiastically. The mountain climbing went smoothly the next day. The weather was very good, and we could go up the mountain as soon as possible. It’s convenient. When you come back, you can get off at the forest farm and go back to the ticket gate to verify it and you can get 25 meters back. In the evening, we asked the boss to book hot spring tickets. It was very helpful. The boss can give you a discount when booking. It’s expensive to go out. Save money, save money, the boss is also very attentive and considerate. In short, it is very convenient to go up the mountain and soak in the hot springs.
