Hotels in Changbaishan Railway Station, Antu

The hotel room is good and clean but being woken up by the noises from travelers from the other rooms talking and shouting outside the walkway as early as 5am. The room is not sound proof. So if you are a light sleeper, you should reconsider when choosing this hotel.

Amazing hotel. Very new and clean. Cosy cabin design in the rooms. Had a very comfortable stay here!! Windows are double glazed and soundproofing from street noise is good. Free laundry and dryer available for use. Its not right in the city centre, but calling a Didi ride was easy and just 5min (10-12cny). Several convenience stores just around the corner. But cooked food /eatery options in this are somewhat limited. There are a couple of bbq eateries here, but some may not serve solo diners (due to cost of starting up one table of charcoal bbq) For solo travellers, may want to take note. Hotel serves decent breakfast, but kitchen only operates in morning for breakfast.

This hotel is really good! The location is very easy to find, right in the city center, with everything around, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. The room is quite large, clean, and the bedding is quite comfortable, and I slept well. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, smiling, and helping with luggage, which feels very friendly. The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and there are many choices. There is also a gym, so you can exercise in the morning. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective and comfortable to stay in. I will choose here next time and recommend it to my friends!

The front desk staff greeted us warmly when we entered the room and poured us 2 cups of hot water, which was very warm. The room we were given the first time had a smell and the ceiling was peeling. We changed to another room and the door could not be opened. The waiter said it was broken. Later, the front desk staff took a new room card and punched it in. I rested for about 5 minutes and went out to play. Before leaving, I found that the pillow was wrinkled as if I had slept in it, so I asked the waiter to put 2 clean pillowcases in the room. When I came back to change the pillowcases at night, I found blood stains on the pillows, which means that the pillows used by the previous guest were not changed at all. After reporting the problem to the front desk, two breakfasts were sent. The overall hygiene quality is too poor, and the attitude of the front desk staff is good.

The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine). However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting! 美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

The front desk staff Xiaopangxiao and the customer service staff Yangyang provided excellent service. They answered all questions. The room was very clean and warmly decorated. It was more than enough for the three of us. The community environment was also good. There was a small courtyard for entertainment. Sitting in the courtyard, it felt like time had stopped. It was so comfortable! We went to Changbai Mountain, saw Tianchi Lake, and tasted the local delicacies. This trip was without regrets!

The hotel service is very good, and they will send us to the high-speed rail station. The location is right next to the water rafting, and they also gave us two rafting tickets. It is very convenient to go rafting. It takes only 8 minutes to walk there, so you don’t have to get up too early to queue up! I like their special rooms very much. There is a big iron pot for bathing, and you can also feel the Northeast flavor on the kang. The room is also very large. I like this style very much! The food we brought by ourselves was cold when we arrived at the hotel, and the hotel also helped us heat up all the meals. It was really warm❤️

I stayed at Changbaishan Guoxin Four Seasons Hot Spring Resort and had a restful experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, ideal for travelers looking to unwind. Do note that it’s not in the city center, getting to town takes a few minutes by car so plan ahead if you need to go out for meals or supplies. The rooms were clean, spacious, and warm perfect after a long day outdoors. The hot spring facilities are definitely the highlight. Important tip: Bring your own swimwear (swimming costume)

I recently read hotel reviews and went into this room to check the cleanliness. It was really clean. The hotel owner's service was excellent. Although the water supply was cut off as soon as we entered the hotel, the hotel owner has been communicating with us to resolve the matter. Still very heartwarming. The breakfast is a breakfast in cooperation with the All Seasons Hotel, and the breakfast is very delicious. If you give the boss 9 points out of 10, then 1 point is because you are afraid of the boss being proud.
