I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Very low value for money! The overall decoration is slightly outdated, the elevator buttons feel like electric shock every time you touch them, and the accompanying hot springs are a complete failure (more details below)! ! ! The so-called outdoor hot springs are built on a small terrace on the middle floor, with a total of three pools (it was so cold that I didn’t even have time to take out my phone to take pictures). Figure 2 is an unopened area, and there is no heating in this section. To go to the outdoor pool, you need to walk out to the terrace through here. The hotel does not provide bathrobes, I only wear a bath towel. It is winter and I don’t dare to imagine how I can walk such a long distance if I get soaked. Most facilities in the indoor pool are not open. The open areas are small, poorly equipped, and do not provide free water. If you want to drink it, you have to pay for it yourself, which is really a waste. There is no dry storage area in the shower room, only two bathing beds, where everyone's bath towels are piled. When the cleaning and hygiene aunt received the job, she would move everyone's things out of the way and splash water on the guests' clothes to make them wet. Finally, although the hotel's breakfast is very attentive, the customer service attitude is very good. But it's next to Puyue. If you don't need hot springs, there are many branded express hotels nearby, and you can save a lot on room rates.

The room was quite good and warm. There are outdoor hot springs and indoor ones. But the management is not good. Someone actually smoked in the indoor hot springs and I stopped them. I didn't go to breakfast and didn't get up. The room layout is quite good. The room service I ordered tasted good and the service was also good. The pot-fried pork and roast duck were very good. The stone pot bibimbap was very fragrant. They also gave me ginseng soap, which was very good. Wash your face and body.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Beauty Pine Park and Genting Market. It takes about ten minutes to walk straight ahead to reach the rice station and food street, which is quite convenient. Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the room has a bit of moldy smell. The sanitary conditions are average. The hot spring tickets were given, but we did not use them. Breakfast: The breakfast is average.

The standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The service was top-notch throughout our stay, but we want to especially highlight 大玲儿, who went above and beyond to assist us. Her warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We are so grateful for her support and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The hotel environment is great. The restaurant is on the Erdaobai River and there are peacocks passing by at any time. However, breakfast is not served at the Xuanhe restaurant. There is no transparent glass under your feet to watch the river flow. The outdoor hot spring has a more famous iron pot stew, and the Snowman Legion at the door is also quite famous.

房間很大，乾淨衞生，窗外綠樹成蔭，住的很舒適！周邊很多朝鮮族美食，還有葯店，買東西吃飯太方便了。去到北景區開車十分鐘，樓下停車寬敞而且是免費的。房東熱情細緻引導，入住簡單方便。強烈推薦！

This hotel is still very good overall, the service and facilities are satisfactory. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable, and the sanitation is quite clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the surrounding transportation and dining options are very convenient. However, the fly in the ointment is that I found a lot of small bugs in the room during my stay, which was a bit disturbing. Although the hotel dealt with it in time, the bug problem still slightly affected my overall evaluation of this stay. I hope the hotel can strengthen pest control measures to ensure that the guest's living experience is more comfortable and at ease. In general, in addition to the bug problem, other aspects of this hotel are quite good.
