I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Very low value for money! The overall decoration is slightly outdated, the elevator buttons feel like electric shock every time you touch them, and the accompanying hot springs are a complete failure (more details below)! ! ! The so-called outdoor hot springs are built on a small terrace on the middle floor, with a total of three pools (it was so cold that I didn’t even have time to take out my phone to take pictures). Figure 2 is an unopened area, and there is no heating in this section. To go to the outdoor pool, you need to walk out to the terrace through here. The hotel does not provide bathrobes, I only wear a bath towel. It is winter and I don’t dare to imagine how I can walk such a long distance if I get soaked. Most facilities in the indoor pool are not open. The open areas are small, poorly equipped, and do not provide free water. If you want to drink it, you have to pay for it yourself, which is really a waste. There is no dry storage area in the shower room, only two bathing beds, where everyone's bath towels are piled. When the cleaning and hygiene aunt received the job, she would move everyone's things out of the way and splash water on the guests' clothes to make them wet. Finally, although the hotel's breakfast is very attentive, the customer service attitude is very good. But it's next to Puyue. If you don't need hot springs, there are many branded express hotels nearby, and you can save a lot on room rates.

The room was quite good and warm. There are outdoor hot springs and indoor ones. But the management is not good. Someone actually smoked in the indoor hot springs and I stopped them. I didn't go to breakfast and didn't get up. The room layout is quite good. The room service I ordered tasted good and the service was also good. The pot-fried pork and roast duck were very good. The stone pot bibimbap was very fragrant. They also gave me ginseng soap, which was very good. Wash your face and body.

The service was really good. Special kudos to the 管家小姐姐 and 小韩师傅. Service was top notch and you can really feel warmth as if going home.

Antu is a very cost-effective hotel. It is clean and has good service. I will stay here every time I come. Parking is convenient and it is very close to the high-speed rail station and the park. I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Beauty Pine Park and Genting Market. It takes about ten minutes to walk straight ahead to reach the rice station and food street, which is quite convenient. Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the room has a bit of moldy smell. The sanitary conditions are average. The hot spring tickets were given, but we did not use them. Breakfast: The breakfast is average.

They took the initiative to contact me and carefully asked if I needed pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. This precautionary care made my heart warm even before I arrived. After arriving at the hotel, the enthusiasm of the front desk staff was even more impressive. Not only were they smiling, but they also carefully observed that I was bringing my child with me, and then thoughtfully upgraded me to a parent-child room for free. The room is large and the layout is reasonable. Every detail has taken into account the needs of family travel. The spacious space allows our little baby to run freely and enjoy happy time. This arrangement undoubtedly added countless warmth and convenience to our trip. The ending of the entire trip was equally unforgettable. The driver, Master Zhang, not only delivered us to the high-speed rail station on time, but also provided enthusiastic and courteous service along the way, making us feel the warmth of home on the way home. Such a service team is undoubtedly the most valuable asset of Gem Hotel and the key to allowing every guest to leave beautiful memories. The facilities are complete, the environment is very good, the service is very good, Sun Lin at the front desk warmly received us and prepared holiday gifts. The room is very clean, the housekeeper is very polite, there are many types of breakfast, the taste is very good, there is a hot spring bath on the underground first floor, although it is the peak tourist season, but they still let us check out late, I am really grateful, there are many tourist attractions nearby, the air is fresh, it is worth recommending, I will come again next time.

The area around the hotel is relatively quiet and the air is good. There are parking lots on both sides for easy parking. There is a restaurant on the first floor where you can order food, but the food requirements should not be too high. The room is oversized mainly because the bathroom is large and hygienic. The Ctrip page stated that the hotel has a laundry room. I called the front desk to ask where the laundry room was, and was confidently told that the hotel did not have a laundry room. Is this blatant fraud? Ctrip doesn’t care? There were a lot of group guests in the hotel. Before 6:30, the restaurant was occupied by the group guests. There were no seats until 7 o'clock, but there was very little food, not even an egg.
