Bij binnenkomst een positief gevoel. Grote ruimtes. Maar dat veranderde snel. Raamlamellen zijn oud en versleten. Vele gaan niet omhoog, waardoor de ramen niet open kunnen. 1 lammel kwam zelf los van het plafond en viel op mijn hoofd (hoog plafond van 4 meter). Wonde aan hoofd, maar gelukkig verder niets. Nooduitgang via balkon is niet bereikbaar, omdat het raammechanisme niet werkt. Tv stond op een boek en dreigde om te vallen (statief was stuk). En de tv werkte niet. Vochtschade op het plafond van het toilet. Stroom viel uit bij gebruik van de oven. Lichtschakelaar keuken was stuk. Als je het licht wilde aandoen, moest je de open schakelaar bedienen. (electrocutiegevaar). Gebeld met startflats, maar ging alleen engels of frans en werden niet geholpen. Enkel de mededeling: "we are wending someone". En niemand gezien natuurlijk. Nadien compensatie gevraagd, maar wilde ze enkel 15% korting geven bij een volgend verblijf. Misschien zijn andere appartementen van de groep oke. Maar dit was echt ver beneden peil!. En hulp of compensatie moet je niet verwachten.

L'appartement était super. Tout a vraiment été impeccable: salle de bain propre, draps frais et propres, ... Ce sont des grandes pièces, ce qui était très pratique car nous étions 5. L'emplacement était aussi super, tout près de tout!
