I have not problem with the hotel or the staff, actually i think is a beautiful hotel. but if you like to sleep at night oh dear, extremely tiny noisy road, where you hear everything, drunkers shouting, cleaning trunks passing all the time... 2 nights and I did not sleep at all."

"This hotel is actually the closest to the train station, besides Hampton Inn, but Trip.com listed it as 460 meters away! In reality, it's very close and more convenient for dining and shopping than hotels like NH Collection or A Stay, which claim to be 260 meters away. During Tomorrowland, hotels can skyrocket to over 3000 a night, but this one is still considered expensive even in the off-season, which suggests decent quality… Another plus for this hotel is that the rooms are relatively larger. However, despite being renovated, the overall feel is still a bit dated."

"I was very satisfied with the good access from the station. It was quite a walk to the city center, including the Cathedral of Our Lady. The app said I had to pay 12 euros on site, but I actually paid 18 euros. Towels were provided every day, and the showers and toilets were clean. However, there was no air conditioning at night, so it was too hot. I think it would be quite uncomfortable in the middle of summer."

"This hotel is somewhat reasonably priced. It usually costs 600, and only goes up to 1600 during peak season. However, it's quite run down. The breakfast, surprisingly, exceeded expectations; it looked poor with limited choices but was actually quite tasty. We arrived at the hotel at 10 AM on July 23rd, and the front desk immediately arranged a room for us without any hassle. However, the shower here only has an overhead rain shower, no handheld nozzle. The windows couldn't be opened, and the hallway lights were motion-activated."

"Good for a *** hotel. Unfortunately no safety deposit box. Located a bit out of the way, so Lijn rides necessary. Best with a day ticket or 3-day ticket. These are available at the "Central" train station. About 45 minutes walk from the hotel. Better to take Lijn. It's too far to walk into town. Problem: TV didn't work! Only Belgian channels!!!"
