"I really liked this hotel; it absolutely met my expectations. The (small) gym was a definite bonus for me, especially since I didn't even know it was there when I booked! Ultimately, for my specific trip, the hotel's location was slightly less convenient than another option I had in mind, but certainly not bad at all – just in comparison. This also had to do with having to change my transport to Antwerp at the last minute, which had nothing at all to do with the hotel, but rather with the trains from Rotterdam."

"Luckily, I have stayed there only for 1 night. I have made a reservation for 4 nights, but as when I checked in, there was not anybody on the frontdesk, so can give me the keys, check- in forms, etc... And after my bed was full of bed bugs, I have decided to leave the next day. No refund from their side. Terrible service. The room was not cleaned properly, dirty dishes. The terrace door, was opening constantly, as the door was broken by itself. Never staying there again, the most horrible night in my entire life."
