First time to Aomori and I stayed in here 4 nights. The hotel staff overall is friendly and extremely helpful. Room is spacious and washroom is amazing. Bath salt is provided and you can enjoy a hot bath.

This lovely hotel is around 7 minutes walk from Aomori train station. Check is at level 2 at 2pm, you can take coffee, toothbrush and etc at the lobby. There are self service coin laundry at level 9.

Hotel was well located near attractions and train station. Has a Lawson’s store conveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and staff friendly and efficient.

Located about 7-10 mins walk away from station, but the cleanliness, spacious & comfortable room is worth it. Was allocated the top floor but a pity only staying for 1 night. I like it that they provided a standing night lamp in the room which makes people like me who needs to sleep with some lights on feel very comfortable as compared to the ceiling light. Will defintely be back if i ever visit Aomori again!

Cons: Water shower pressure was the weakest from all my stay in Japan. But acceptable.
Pros: Staff were very helpful. Our room has a massage chair in it (big plus point!). It was strategically located. The staffs were able to attend to our requests in a professional manner.
