The driveway is narrow, but would easily fit two cars. There is free on-street parking as well. How do I check in? A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. If there are problems with the lock, we can direct you to a physical key. Can I extend a stay? To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout. Can I change or cancel my reservation? It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund. Are pets allowed? Service vs Emotional Support Service dogs have received specialized training to perform a specific task or tasks for an individual with a disability are considered service animals. We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. Are extra guests allowed? If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:) Is smoking allowed outside? Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests. Could we leave our luggage? We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags. Could I have an early check-in or late checkout? We use the DACK app (info given upon confirmation) where guests can purchase extra time before check-in or after check-out. This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner. What is a MUST do in Austin? We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
