Unfortunately, the staff didn’t bother to explain that membership was required, even for something as basic as water, when I initially declined to register. Lastly, I found it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from the AC, as I’m very sensitive to sound. Overall, though, my experience was pretty good."

"The front desk was friendly and the room was generally good, but when I checked in, the phone in the room was unplugged. I tried to connect it and call the front desk, but sometimes the front desk didn't answer. Also, there were times when the phone itself didn't work."

"The front desk service was quite good, and the rooms were very spacious, facing the lake in a beautiful setting. During the day, it's just a few minutes' walk to the lake, perfect for taking lovely photos. The swimming pool is also large and tiered, making it a great place for vacations and weddings. However, the restaurant service was a bit perfunctory. They didn't bring spoons when serving soup, the napkins were stained, and the staff seemed indifferent. Otherwise, everything was quite good, and I would still recommend it!"
