We had a most fabulous 14 night holiday here the hotel is very clean the staff really friendly especially Armond and Guito (excuse the spelling)! The pool is maintained daily and is a good size with sunbeds provided ,inflatables are allowed and a number of people tend to leave theirs behind for others to use. The grounds have sunbeds aswell as tables and chairs provided. The snack bar is open 10am until 6pm every day where you get hot or cold drinks and meals aswell as ices. Breakfast is served 7.30 until 10am and is replenished regularly throughout the service. There is plenty of choice both hot and cold, English and continental. The downstairs bar opens 6pm until late and is a very relaxing area. If pool sunbeds are there are some on the beach area which is not huge but very clean and suitable for children. They are charged at €10 a day for two beds and a brolly and most have a table too. The bathrooms have a bath with a shower over it, this is on the back wall not the end, so could be awkward, also the water is very seldom hot although a cool shower was always welcome. There is a shower gel dispenser on the wall but nothing else provided. No pool towels. The area is beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants to suit everyone and thete is a nearby bakery. We are already looking at going back and only came home yesterday.

Arrived mid afternoon,so we got checked in straight away,We had a first floor sea view room, which was spacious enough, and very clean, but definitely needs modernising, especially the bathroom,It was so dated, and I never enjoyed climbing into the bath with no hand rails to shower, and I was always weary of slipping.Apart from that we had our towels changed daily and the room cleaned. The outside area always looked cleaned and we managed to get a seat or lounger most of the time. The tiny beach was directly in front of the hotel, and if you went down a reasonable time, like 10am you could get a sunbed, I thought every member of staff were very friendly and courteous the entire week we stayed there.. I think if you want a cheaper paid holiday hotel, then this is ideal for you,and I did enjoy my stay there, but would pay the extra in future for a better class hotel,as I'm afraid this one I would only grade at 3*

We had the swiftest check in ever? just handed passports over and were given our room keys, the night receptionist not particularly cheerful but first impressions of the hotel were favorable? Our room was fine though had requested high floor we had 1st floor side sea and pool view which turned out to be ok but for horrendous corridor noise on our first night, as stated also walls quite thin? We had a comfortable bed and everything was kept very clean and fresh towels regularly, I paid for air con which was very good, as stated TV ancient. The over bath shower was a challenge, we are nearly 70 with some mobility issues and it was quite unsafe. Just a grab rail would have made all the difference? The breakfast we tried twice and was ok but we just hate the getting up and down for things and the coffee was not to our taste? I have to say though the dining area and the staff were lovely, most people would find something to eat. The pool bar and the food on offer there was very good, the young chap who had a new baby girl who served there was really lovely and super friendly. The location was superb and the grounds and views were really something. We found the indoor bar and lounges a little sorry to be honest, always empty? Great to be at the edge of the resort as despite a really busy road was peaceful and bars etc were mostly a little up the road, some superb tavernas close by and in the resort. On our last day we were unable to keep the room on but were offered another for 50 euro which was absolultley awful ! it was on the road directly opposite a busy bar, clearly an older room with old fashioned air con which was pretty useless! not able to open balcony door or curtains as like a fish bowl! We were a sweaty mess trying to get ready for our 6pm pick up. We tend to agree not really a 4* hotel until a few things are rectified but once we settled in we had a really lovely holiday and would stay there again.

The hotel is certainly not a 4 star. Arriving we where disappointed with the tired look , had a sea view room on first floor which was a real bonus, the room was clean , bathroom was tiny ,had a problem with the shower which was fixed . The sockets where either side of the balcony door so had to put one phone charger on a chair . The other socket didn't work and the light switch above it was faulty did complain but it was not fixed. Breakfast was boring very little choice , same thing every day. The pool bar was really nice had good food and hot ate there most days. Staff where excellent couldn't do enough for you , they did seem to be run off their feet . Asked for extra towels which we did get from the lovely cleaning ladies. Overall we where disappointed with the hotel, I think its more a 3 star , would not go there again note we spent most of our time on the beach as there was not enough sunbeds !

The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday. The hotel is mid size with direct access to the beach with a sunbed charge of €10 2 beds and a brolly. The pool and garden sunbeds are free. The bar is reasonable prices but food isn't great. Breakfast is OK, it's what you expect as a continental breakfast. There is beans, fried egg and fried ham slices not bacon. The sausage are like hotdog ones. Toaster with bread, jams and, cheese, ham fruit ect. Only thing I can really fault is that the security is lacking, with no cctv on the floors corridors and if you have locked your key in the room no security questions from the reception staff to give the spare key. Overall this isn't a 4* it's a 3 at best. On checking out they Don't have any baggage room to safely leave your luggage if on a later flight home, it's a space under the stairs that is open for anyone to go through the luggage. We had a 6:20pm pickup and they wanted €50 to keep the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel the staff were happy to help you and polite.

I have just returned from two weeks at this hotel I have previously visited in 2016 and 2017 and is still at the same standard of not better. The staff are friendly on arrival we were greeted by receptionist who was very helpful and lovely. The lady who does reception in the afternoon I’m terrible with names so forgive me was lovely made an absolute fuss of my daughter and was lovely to see. The rooms are exactly what you need cleaned daily bedsheets and towels changed every other day we had a travel fit for my 2 year old and it was of the best quality and was all set up on our arrival. We had a pool view room. Breakfast was great lots of variety if you want a ‘traditional full English there are cafes’ available across the road but there was something for everyone including my fussy 2 year old. Nothing ever ran out as soon as it was getting low it was replenished. The grounds and pool are well maintained and cleaned. The staff work so very hard long hours. The evening bar was great not a loud crowd which is not what we are into if you walk further into Argassi you can find clubs and bars with loud music if that’s your thing. This is a great base for a family. The snack bar during the day is excellent the food is absolutely superb and well presented. Special shout out to Armando always so helpful and again I’m terrible with names I think it was nikos for being so lovely.

A very good location. One of the best hotels in Argasis. Superlative cleanliness. What I have to comment on is the diversity at breakfast. For 7 days it is the same. Eggs of 3 kinds, 2 cold cuts, beans, crendvusti, tomatoes and cucumbers, yogurt and 4 kinds of candied fruits, 2 kinds of nutela jam and croissants, one kind of olives. Anyway overall it was ok
