Since our last visit, the hotel has changed ownership. We had booked a room with a terrace/balcony but we’re originally shown to a small room, on producing our paperwork this was changed. The second room was fine with plenty of space but had an overbath shower. The restaurant served a set three course meal which was ok. Seating was outside but there were mosquitoes! Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

This is a lovely little hotel located just 5 minute north of Arles. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating, really going the extra mile to help out. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the garden is pleasant and the pool heated. Dinner was lovely and breakfast copious. Highly recommended.

Imagine arriving at a hotel after a busy day and a laborious journey around 11:00 p.m. (in the middle of the countryside) to relax and unwind. But the doors of the establishment are closed and there is no means of rescue or emergency to speak to someone. Yes! An answering machine that informs you of the opening hours. Not even a phone call from the hotelier to inquire about the arrival of his guest who might have had a problem. Because the physical reception is closed around 8:00 p.m. (Reservation made for 2 nights) Forced to find another hotel 3 hours later!!! The next day, no apology but reproaches to the customer for not having read the information about the establishment. Having paid in advance to Booking, no refund was offered to me on my invoice which, however, had a debit line for a night cancellation!!! Customer relations ZERO points for this lack of professionalism. I'm still waiting for a response from *********** regarding my complaint sent on 23/09/23, which will allow me to put this bad experience, which I wouldn't wish on anyone, behind me. I'm usually always asked for feedback on my stay, and since September 23...

Top hotel, great breakfast with homemade jam, you have to try the apricot jam, washing machine is to die for, we stayed there for a week, the owners are very attentive, the park and the swimming pool are very good, it's worth the detour, we will return because it's magical, thank you again

Isolated structure located a handful of km. north of Arles, in a strategic position also for excursions to Avignon, Pont du Gard and Camargue. The building does not seem very recent, however it is well maintained, has about 15 rooms, comfortable and clean, air conditioned and covered by wifi. There is ample availability of free parking in the internal garden. Very well maintained swimming pool, with very good equipment. Also available outdoors is a ping-pong table and a bowling green. The breakfast buffet is not very varied, perhaps also due to the small number of customers. A negative note: in our room there was a bathtub with shower, but taking a shower was a very demanding task, given the limited space available and the curved bottom of the tub. From our room you could see the nearby Montmajour Abbey very well. The two friendly managers try to make guests feel at ease in every way possible, truly very kind people. There is the possibility of dining on site, upon reservation of the menu by the morning of the same day. Overall, definitely a recommended property.
