The pool was nicely kept and clean so it was a joy to relax in it. Our room was quite spacious and had its own little terrace. The staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing that wasn't that good was that there is no restaurant in the summer holidays. You could order food but it is not availble until 20:30. Since the hotel is in the countryside, finding a restaurant involves driving."

"This place is truly an oasis and small paradise away from everything, yet still close to places to go and visit. There is ample parking inside the plot, and rooms are distributed over the place in several small buildings. The garden is large, and everywhere you can find some nice paths, nooks, and alcoves. The pool is rather big and L-shaped - kids need to be able to swim as it gets rather deep. We had the chambre rouge, and everything was matching there as expected from the name. The room is big enough for 3 people, toilet and bathroom (very big) are separate at opposite ends of the room. Old furniture (in excellent condition) completes the stylish image of the room, which also features a small veranda right in front of the entrance. Breakfast can be had outside or indoors, and everything French is available in excellent quality. Staff are very hospitable and helpful, too. If you want something a bit different, calmer, and you like smaller hotels and to explore the surroundings yourself, then this place is for you."
