The food was very nice. The personnel was very friendly, we had a great stay at the hotel. Trip.com should immediately change their translation agency though… We had half board, although the confirmation said „room&breakfast“. We were expecting the ski passes to be included, trip.com somehow didn’t include them. We would recommend the hotel, but not trip.com…
