Lovely welcome on arrival from reception, super apartment with quirky furnishings and lovely verandah overlooking the bay. We would DEFINITELY return and recommend this accommodation highly.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel style furnitured apartment. No one speaks English, we had to use Google translate to understand. They have parking for 14.5€ per day in the parking facility that we paid for 4 days. Upon arrival the room was okay and no issues. They never refil the coffee pods or water or milk or sugar. They charge 1€ per pod 1€ per milk which is paid to receptionist directly.they ask for card authorisation for any damage which is fine upon our leave they pre authorized 3€ on my partner card assuming it's for the coffee and milk we initially find upon arrival. One day no house keeping cleaned as the reception said she is sick. But they don't care we had to go ask reception for towels and soap

Extremely welcoming staff and clean reception area, every member of staff took the time to greet us and smile! The decor is well considered and provides a luxury feel. We were offered a complimentary coffee whilst we waited for our room to be ready. The room has everything you need and we had a lovely view of the Arrecife coast. The beds were comfortable as were the other amenities with bonus points for a great bathroom and powerful shower! Towards the evening we spent time on the top floor in the hotels 'Solarium' which featured a hot tub and more glorious views of the Arrecife coast. We would not hesitate to book again as we found our stay to represent excellent value!

Lovely little hotel right on the sea front, few steps leading up to the door, key code needed, but once in there is a lift. Downstairs there is a small lounge area with books and chess, plus tea and coffee facilities with a small charge. The room was surprisingly large with living room area, kitchen shower room and a bedroom with twin beds, we only stayed one night, but I would definitely go back, there is also a sun terrace with beds shower and jacuzzi, plenty of places to eat nearby, or like us we had a lovely Chinese in the room.

This place has everything you need for a fantastic holiday, from the moment you check in, you feel you are well looked after, everywhere is exceptionally clean, bright and a little quirky, All rooms have a fabulous views, and the location is great for the beach, restaurants and bars. Cannot recommend highly enough. Looking forward to our next visit.🥰🥰

Very comfortable, fully equipped apartment right on the sea front in central Arrecife. Pleasantly surprised to have daily cleaning and fresh towels. Friendly staff on reception. Great location for some restaurants, cafes and a great ice cream parlour. About a 10 minute walk from a bus station for low cost buses around the island. Spar supermarket just a few steps away.

Currently sitting on the balcony of apartment 21 overlooking the marina. We won't stay anywhere else in Arrecife - we love this friendly, family-run boutique property. When we left last year the only improvement we could suggest was that they provide some larger cups for drinking tea etc. Guess what was in the cupboard waiting for us this time around?! Any business which listens to and responds to the needs of its customers deserves to do well. Will be very sad to leave tomorrow :( PS Big shout-out to the Hong Kong chinese restaurant almost next door - absolutely superb!
