Air condition is not working,its hot like hell in room,no technical service and they offer me to wait and bellboy may come and check airconditions .what a professional way to manage hotel.after a long business trip this is not acceptable situation

No non-smoking rooms, broken chair, smell in room, old furniture, no balcony. Althougj asked for a non-smoking room I was not provided with any option and had to stay at a dens smoking smell for whole night. The ventilation of the room was insufficient which made things even worse.

Başta Buket hanım olmak üzere çalışan arkadaşlar ve otel muhteşem. Hiç beklemediğiniz anda sizi mutlu edecek bir şeyler buluyorlar. Çalışan arkadaşlar misafirler için adeta seferber olmuşlar. Kahvaltı sonrası kahve ikramı, odalar her gün sorgusuz temizleniyor. Kaldığım oteller içerisinde bir numara diyebilirim. Teşekkürler 👍.

Merhaba İskenderuna yaptığımız iş gezisi için ekip arkadaşlarımla beraber 1 ay kadar bu otelde konakladım ve 4 ayrı odada kaldım. Her odada ayrı ayrı problemler yaşadım. Bozuk sifon, bozuk lavabo, bozuk duş başlığı, ömrünü tamamlamış tv, rutubetli duvarlar, hamamböceği, kırışık ve yerinden çıkmış perdeler vs.vs. İnternetin ve kahvaltının zayıflığı zaten standart. Lokasyondam dolayı mecbur kaldık ama tamamen pişmanlık. Bunların dışında resepsiyon ve restoran personelinin asık yüzleri de dikkatlerden kaçmayan detaylar. İyi olan ne var diye düşündüğümde adını yanlış hatırlıyorsam kendisinden özür dilerim sadece servis personeli Fatma hanımı yere göğe sığdıramayacak kadar övebilirim.

Odaya akşam 9 da girdim buna rağmen minibar boş sordum sizden önce grup konaklaması vardı toplamıştık? Dediler. Rezalet !! Akşam 22:30 restoran kapanıyor. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş saolsun Minibar ürünlerini poşete doldurup getirdi de bir şeyler atıştırdım

Otel merkeze uzak konumda ancak şehre tepeden bakan bir noktada konumlu. Arabasız ulaşımın zor olacağını düşünüyorum. Otele girişte verilen odayı beğenmediğim için sağolsun resepsiyondaki görevliler hızlıca yeni bir oda tahsis ettiler. Kaldığım oda çok mevsim dolayısıyla rutubet kokuyordu. Kahvaltıya indiğimde ise esas şoku yaşadım. Kaldığım en düşük kaliteli otelde bile bu kadar az çeşit yoktu. Saat 9.30 da filtre kahve bitmişti, poşet nescafe verdiler sağolsunlar. Fiyat performans olarak yeterli bulmadım. Otel adına göre vasat kalıyor

Merhaba 23.06.2024 tarihinde otelde konakladik fakat personel inanılmaz özensiz müşteri ile nasıl konuşulacagini bilmeyen personeller ile dolu dört tane kahve aldık toplam fiyat istedim personel 100 TL olduğunu söyledi kahve dediğimde (nescafe 3.1 arada markette satılan 5 10 tllik kahveler) onlarıda görünce tane fiyatını 25 olarak düşündük meğerse 4 kahve 400 muş 23.06.2024 saat 14.30 civarında lobide bir kadın personele dedim ki sizin personeliniz fiyatı 100 olarak söyledi o da lavbali bir şekilde 25 tlye kahveyi nerde gördün gibi saygısızca bir uslupla cevap verdi. Halbuki sinirlendiğim şey 100 denilip 400 alinmasiydi ama yinede paketli 5 tllik kahveyi 400e satmakta çok ayıp yakışmaz herseyden para koparmaya çalışmakta yanlış. Ve ayrıca odadaki tuvaletler çok pis sular bile çok pahalı. Bir daha gitmem tavsiye etmiyorum.
