I am very lucky to be able to stay at this hotel. Of course, the facilities may be a little lacking compared to 5-star hotels, but the facilities compared to the price, their service culture and attitude, and the smiles of the staff are second to none of the 5-star hotels. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr.Edwin for his great help when I arrived late on the first night, and to Madame Julieth for all her help and support on the second day. These two are very valuable and wonderful staff members that are rare to find at the Zanzibar hotel where I am.

We stayed here one night! The staff was very kind and welcoming! Great budget option in Arusha! They helped us with booking for landcruiser to Haydom Hospital! They also provided breakfast before we checked out really early in the morning.

Very nice little hotel in the center of the city. Clean room. Fabulous restaurant, inexpensive, super friendly staff, go out of their way to make you feel at your best. Establishment that I recommend for a short stay.

Simple but very nice hotel. In the rooms each bed has a mosquito net, water is provided (half a liter per person) and toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. The staff is very kind and helpful. Excellent and abundant breakfast. The restaurant is highly recommended, very good and cheap!! To try!
