Great service, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent dinner, nice relaxed breakfast in lovely setting (view of the lake from the restaurant), comfortable room with amazing view of the lake, dogs very welcome - will continue to be our hotel of choice for our visits to Ascona

A great view, friendly staff, great food. We had rib eye and gluten free pizza. And the cath of the day salmon was also gluten free. And a Czech gluten free beer. Very nice. Prices are on the high side, but that’s everywhere along the lake. Worth a visit!

We are right now having dinner. Glass of white wine not cold. Asked for cold white one, they took glass away… their beato solution was to bring back the glass cold but the same warm wine. Finally asked for ice cubes… maybe they believe we soooo dumb… food good, nothing stunning

Das Hotel ist optimal an der Piazza gelegen, gute zweckmässige Einrichtung der Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Das Frühstückbuffet ist fein und ausreichend, bei schönem Wetter kann man draussen frühstücken. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Kurzurlaub:-)

Wir haben es genossen, das Hotel und das Restaurant. Sehr flexibel und sehr nettes Personal. Trotz Handycap wurde uns der Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht Das Hotel liegt am schönsten Ort der Ascona Promenade und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten.

Siamo sentiti a casa!!!! Staff del hotel e ristorante sono persone di rara gentilezza e professionalità.Stanze pulite ,dotate di tutti i comfort e molto migliori di certi hotel 5 stelle. Ristorante ha piatti veramente deliziosi e alta qualità della materia prima. Consiglio vivamente a tutti che vogliono trascorrere qualche giorno in Ascona. Per noi è diventato punto di riferimento.

Sehr freundliches Personal, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Bequeme Betten, zweckmässige Einrichtung mit fröhlichen Farben und allem, was es für eine Übernachtung braucht. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Restaurant mit speziellen, sehr leckeren Menus.
