We had a great time on our visit! the staff was the sweetest and so helpful and fun to chat with! every thing was clean in the room. the staff at the restaurants were so friendly in the morning we had great time chatting with them. the roof top bar was also clean and yummy cocktails with a beautiful view. just cant say enough good things about our visit.

Location was good, staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful with lots to choose from. Only complaint is the walls are pretty thin.

Pro-Great location off the main highway into Asheville. Close to town and walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, very attentive. Con- Dirty floors through out and especially in the shower stall and room carpet (#324). Some cleaning supervision would probably correct this issue quickly. Would consider again if they correct cleaning supervision issues.

Room was showing a bit of wear and tear ( arrest stained and chairs with tears in upholstery).  Service was ok.  We had stayed here years ago and definitely down hill from then.

In order to go to a mountaintop in Nanka to see the chapel, it is very convenient to go to the hotel for an hour. It is very small but very clean. It is annoying that the check-out time cannot be coordinated. Others are OK.

The location is in the city center, there is a business downstairs to go shopping, I don’t know if I didn’t go to breakfast, I booked 1.5*2 and can live 4 people
