The location of the hotel was excellent. The rooms are a bit worn down but clean. We arrived before the official check-in time. Even the hotel was not fully booked the reception didn’t give is the room before the official check-in time.
On the booking I made a special request, high floor and away from the elevator. We got a room on the second floor (actually 1st floor) and right beside the elevator.
What was very nice on check out (which was early morning) the hotel offered coffee and croissants.

Classic Rixos hotel with perfect Turkish hospitality in the capital of Kazakhstan. Spacious rooms, excellent service and yummy abd and fresh breakfast.
