Advantages: There are many shopping malls within 3 kilometers, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there is a fast food restaurant opposite. Disadvantages: The room has a bathtub, and it is a bit inconvenient to take a shower. The breakfast is very ordinary and not as good as eating directly in the supermarket. The mattress and pillow are OK, but the bed legs are a bit crooked.

I liked everything, starting with the hotel building itself, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room itself, and it is also worth noting the good soundproofing. Thanks to all the hotel staff for the quality of service and comfort. I hope that in the future I will be able to visit this wonderful place again.

The hotel is just a little rest between the flights. They settled at 4 a.m., came to the room, the soul cabin was broken(the doors were broken, it was not possible to climb(((((( called to service, came a woman and thank God she managed to put them on the place, we washed .... walls of cardboard, long sleep will not be possible. The bed is made up of 2 small, which is uncomfortable! And the most amazing thing is that when registering we were asked to pay another 700 with something tenge like a tourist fee((((though we paid everything on the site. Of the three chain hotels I've been to in Astana, this one deserves first place. Excellent value for money. Everything is new, clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast. On the downside, it's a bit far from the center and the shower has weak pressure.

Five-star rating, the room is clean and tidy. Good service attitude!
