It was right in front of the station, and all the staff were friendly. There were so many things to do, and I had a great rest. Even though the language was different, they helped me understand, and thanks to them, I had a great time.

２月７日から１泊にて利用。 駅前で立地もよく館内は清潔でキレイである。 ただ何点か改善点を書きたいと思いておく。 ①リクライニングチェアスペースにテレビは不要！ 見たくもない番組がずっと流れており番組や音量も調整出来ずうるさいだけ。 せっかく静かな場所でまったりしたいのにテレビの音がとても不快！ ②持ち込みの缶飲料や食料品を入れる冷蔵庫がほしい。 夏場などは常温に置くのも不安だし冷やしておきたい。 ③なぜ朝はシャワーだけで湯船に浸かれないのか？ 湯を加温するガス代をケチっているのか？ 湯船に水は入っているのに加熱してない理由はなんであろうか？ 以上不満点３点への返答をお願いしたい。
