But there is one problem: we traveled from another country for 9-10 hours with a kid, arriving 1-2 hours early. The hotel charged us a room entrance fee. I've never encountered this before. I've only encountered the situation where if the room is ready, we can enter first, but if the room isn't ready, we have to wait. I wasn't very impressed with this."
