We stayed there last week as part of a package advertised by our tour company as 5 star. We knew it wouldn't be this To be fair the location is good for buses either way and there are shops and supermarkets a short walk away. It is noisy because whatever room you have you can hear the 6 lanes of the motorway outside. Also they play loud music from 8pm until 10.30pm from speakers in their ground. Even when there are is no one around! (It was the end of season at the hotel). So if you want a peaceful stay, this is not for you. The main concern as other comments have mentioned is the food. Apathetic staff who are all very young and mostly on their phones. The Bain Marie's food hotplates were not hot, and with over 200 people coming in the eat the buffet at one time the lids were permanently up so the food was cold . In my opinion it was dangerous to eat any of the meat dishes in them so stuck to the salads which were exactly the same for a week. Wanting hot food we tried the soup, cold. There was an outside buffet cooking up pizzas and fish most evenings. Even if we got there at the opening of the evening buffet the fish was cold as it had been precooked and placed on luke warm trays. Desserts were highly coloured pieces of cake to be avoided! The coffee machines were never cleaned or wiped off and the surfaces were dirty. It was a fight for a knife and fork as there were no spare ones anywhere. I would not recommend this hotel and will certainly not be going back.

We stayed here as part of a tour that offered amazing value for money. We were charged for half board or all inclusive at a cost of about £120 more than half-board and we paid an extra 10 euros a night for a sea view room. My wife doesn’t really drink so we opted for the half board package. The room was bright, clean and the cleaning staff were excellent. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint we had was about the food and, for a hotel that catered it seemed almost exclusively to Europeans, was sadly lacking. I don’t think of myself as a fussy eater but I found it very difficult to find anything I wanted to eat. The range of food was quite large but it was cold. Hot buffet food was prepared but then left to cool apparently without any effort to keep it warm. That, together with very cold plates meant that the food became very unappetising indeed. Omelettes for breakfast were great as they were cooked to order and so were hot to eat but they stopped dishing those out after about three days. Toasters were not provided so the fried eggs that were also cooked to order became cold by the time you got them back to the table. We thought the evening meal was dire and without variety. I see from other reviews that the poor quality of the food is mentioned over and over again. Why don’t they fix it?

My experience in this hotel was amazing, I really liked the disco hall - alot of events happening every evening. Pools are really clean, drinks & food was okay. The rooms fulfilled my expectations. Very friendly staff. Two of the hotels are connected. Overall experience 7/10.

We liked the hotel very much, the sea was beautiful, there were no stones, the food was delicious, it was a full holiday with all-day activities and evening programs, I would like to thank all the staff, but especially the animation :)))))))

Everything is fine, but the room is often not cleaned. The food is delicious, there is enough for everyone. the sea is wonderful. The pool was not used, because there were too many Russians. We Ukrainians, like me, do not like them very much. The animation is great, especially Özlem, she gave us a lot of attention. 😍 They understand and communicate in English.

It is a very bad hotel. The food is bad, there is no service, there is no hygiene, only the sea was nice, the room is not clean, I do not recommend it to anyone. I have never gone to a hotel before and gotten my own cutlery, not even for breakfast. The biggest problem at this hotel was that there was no cutlery on the table.

Unfortunately this is not a 5* hotel but 3* for sure conditioner not working food every day the same and poor quality, old hotel with dirty rooms, unprofessional staff, cut electricity. The only good thing is the beach first line beautiful view and the bar next to the beach. Also I want to mention MIRVAN from reception he’s the only one who was listening and helping with our requests, without him this hotel would be a nightmare!!!

Eşim ve kızımız ile geldim Geçirdiğimiz en iyi tatillerden biriydi gerek yemekleri gerek , gerek eğlencesi gerek çocuğumuz ile ilgilenmeleri çocuklu tatil olmaz diyorduk fakat burada ki ilgili personellere bırakarak eşimle beraber rahat rahat eğlenip gezebiliyoruz . Her gece farklı farklı showlar görüp birbirinden kaliteli performanslar izliyoruz daha 2 günümüz var ve bu tatil kesinlikle gelecek yazı iple cekmemi sağlayacak.

The hotel was great! I stayed for 5 days and had a lovely time. The lobby bar staff Furkan and Yusuf are great, both were very friendly and helpful. Thank you, I would stay at this hotel again because the staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean.
