Had an incredible experience at this hotel! Our room was wonderfully spacious, perfect for our family's needs. What really stood out was their exceptional service. I mentioned my son's 2nd birthday and asked for simple decorations - they went above and beyond! The staff surprised us with beautiful decor and a special cake that made our little boy so happy. I was truly impressed by their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The hotel's effort to make our celebration special showed their commitment to creating memorable stays for guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hotel that goes the extra mile!

Stayed 2 nights. Room is quite small. So is the bathroom, big size people will find it difficult to move. There is hot water but the water pressure is quite low.  Room was not cleaned the next day, no tower change, bed sheet was not changed.  Power socket was inadequate, if you have many equipments to charge at the same time.

It was nice hotel. Rooms are good and clean. hotel staff's are helping and their hospitality was very nice. Breakfast was tasty. Plug point also alots . Tq

The rooms could have been better cleaned and aired to avoid mustiness and dead insects/ droppings. Towels were well worn and thin, shower did not drain well. Security/ access to guest room floors were not controlled by key cards in the lifts.

The room is still relatively large, but a bit old. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow. Simple accommodation is no problem!
