mal estado de muebles, baños tapados, el caracter de la gente que atiende muy malo, colchones muy viejos lastiman al acostarse sin toallas disponibles, decian la tenia la lavanderia. la ubicacion del hotel no amerita el precio ademas de sus instalaciones viejas y no es como en las fotos

Jamás en la vida había estado en un hotel tan horrible, llegamos en medio de un aguacero y las personas que trabajan en el hotel nos vieron bajar 6 maletas y no fueron ni capaces de hacer el intento de ayudarnos. Se entiende que por el precio que pagamos no esperábamos una alfombra roja al llegar. Las condiciones del hotel igual dejan mucho que desear, le hace falta bastante mantenimiento. La habitación que nos tocó se veía limpia, sin embargo estaban 3 lagartijas cómodamente, una en el baño y las otros dos en la habitación, nos cambiaron de habitación y se solucionó el problema. Por último, habíamos leído las reseñas de que el internet tenía fallas, pues con nosotros jamás funcionó, ni estando al lado del módem, tuvimos que irnos y no nos quisieron cancelar la reserva, mucho menos devolvernos el dinero.

Es un hotel correcto para su rango de precio. Las habitaciones son sencillas y tienen AA, pero no hay ascensor para acceder a los pisos superiores. Las ventanas tienen mosquitero pero no blackout. Una noche llovió mucho y entró agua por debajo de la puerta. El área de piscina es bastante linda. Mi habitación estuvo bien, pero la de mis amigos tenía el lavatorio fuera del baño, el televisor sobre la cama -por lo que no se podía ver acostado- y el colchón desparejo.
