So if you don't speak English well, book a basic room in Europe, and don't pay extra for other room types, because they will definitely give you a worse room type. This is my experience. The hotel is very close to the central area, within a few minutes' walk. There is a Lion Hotel restaurant near the hotel that is very popular and basically full, and the boss lady serves in person. I ordered pork knuckle and grilled ribs, which tasted great. The hotel's breakfast is very good and the service is also thoughtful. Baden-Baden is a relaxing and romantic resort city.

Amazing stay. We are regular travellers and by far the best hotel we have stayed in. 2nd floor had all the brand new rooms so that was lovely. Shame the swimming pool etc wasn’t open but all part of improving the hotel. Only thing I would say is the best are 2 singles out together which is fine but one big duvet would be better then X2 small ones.

I planted a variety of flowers, tea, coffee, and order in the garden. There is a small river next to the garden. The service is very good and warm, and it is definitely the best hotel. The elevator is very special, and a soft stool is placed for the guests to sit down.

However, our room was on the 3rd floor of the opposite building. There was no elevator. There was a waiter in Haocai to carry our luggage to the room. The room layout is retro and meticulous, and there is a jacuzzi in the bathroom; It is best to have air conditioning. It is very convenient to reach attractions, restaurants and shops within ten minutes walk. The breakfast is plentiful and impressive whether you enjoy breakfast in the restaurant or in the outdoor garden. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, sincerely recommend!

There are not many breakfast options, but the croissant here is the best I have ever eaten. It is crispy and tender, not oily or greasy, super invincible and delicious. Behind the hotel is the Caracalla Baths, very close, the rooms are very comfortable, the bath water is large, and the breakfast is also very good. It is a standard breakfast in Germany. Walking to the street for eating and shopping is also very close, I will choose this one next time.
