Checking In: Swift and was able to check in 30 mins before 2 PM Room: About time for some renovation. The room I have booked has no view. Breakfast Buffet: Satisfying Checking Out: Took 10 minutes, they will check the room first. Overall: 4/5 Rating for me

The room is superb, clean, smell good and big. The balcony with breathtaking view. The staff is so polite and best service given to each guest. The restaurant is super good (you must try the steak). We requested the changes in our booking through Ms. Katherine Perez last Saturday, 18 May 2024. We informed her that since my sister and her husband confirmed to join us , hence we requested for the revision of our reservation. We told her we saw the ad that costs P7,500 in one room and we would like to avail that promo. She assisted us for the booking and informed us that we will be paying additional amount of P3,375.00 which we agreed to pay upon check in. She only emphasized to us that we can no longer avail for the privilege discount of the seniors since we are already availing the hotel''s promo. She even sent us an email as proof of the balance amount we have to settle. However, when we arrived at the check in counter, they are already charging us extra for the 4th person which is not what was discussed to us by Ms. Perez. In the end, we are at the losing end and just have no choice but to pay because she was not allowed by Mr. Cabajar, Assistant Front Office Manager to speak to us to give clarification about the matter. There's no problem for us to pay the right amount as long as it is properly disclosed with us in the beginning . It is even our wedding anniversary that we chose your hotel for us to celebrate and unwind. We didn't expect that we will be disappointed in a way. Where is the saying that I just hope no more client/patron would ever feel the same way.

Pros: cleanliness Cons: 1) receptionist did not inform us that there is an upgrade fee of our room. I was asking for an available room that has a matrimonial bed ‘cause we have booked a room with 2 separate queen bed. The lady receptionist on duty told us there is an available room but did not inform us of the charges. We just knew of the charges upon checkout which another receptionist insists about the hotel policy for us to pay the fees of P 200 per night. This brought us disappointment for the hotel. 2) room has aircon but inorder to switch it on, we need to pay P 500 per night 3) parking area is on another location where wet soil is formed when there is rain Rate 5/10 only For an expensive hotel who doesn’t have consideration.

I was already checked out, The Front desk office called me and informed me that I forgot to pay for the food room service that we ordered which I also oversee, but my point was that I waited for how many minutes because they were already checking my accounting but still wasn't included yet when she cleared me. upon calling she instructed me to deposit via bank transfer and send the proof to their email but the email that she sent was incorrect and kept on bouncing back to me and she kept on calling and following it up if I already pay the balance, which for me its no longer my fault because she has all the time to check my transaction and return to my initial deposit.

The hotel was good, the breakfast buffet was good but our room wasn’t sound Proof. We could hear the noise yelling from downstairs at night. We couldn’t sleep.

Quite a nice place and good for families to stay together in one property with 2 rooms. The living room and kitchen are quite big and can cook you own dinner if you want. The location is a bit hard to find and be careful not to mix up with other properties also called Prestige Vacation Apartments - with diff condo name.

I recently stayed at R Bed and Breakfast in Baguio City for 2 nights, booking through Trip.com, which was super easy and convenient. The prices are quite affordable, especially considering its prime location near tourist attractions and in the town proper. It's easy to find, right along the road, with ample parking space. Upon arrival, the room was impressively spacious and tidy. (What you see is what you get based on their posted pictures.) However, there was a slight sewer smell from the toilet that could be improved. Nonetheless, the overall vibe felt cozy and homelike. While the breakfast options were limited, they served delicious Filipino breakfast dishes, which suited our short stay perfectly. The staff throughout, from the restaurant to security and reception, were incredibly accommodating. They patiently attended to our requests and even helped us book a tour in the area. I highly recommend R Bed and Breakfast for family trips, given its convenience, affordability, and welcoming atmosphere.
