"Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent—right in the heart of the city, which was very convenient. However, we experienced an issue with the room window leaking whenever the rain and wind became strong. We understand that the weather was particularly bad during our stay, but unfortunately, water continued to enter the room despite the staff placing towels around the window and wiping the floor. I hope the hotel can properly address and fix this issue for future guests."

What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff warmly accommodated us from check-in to check-out and made us feel truly welcome. "We requested for king sized bed but given two double beds instead. We felt the hardwood floors needed some mopping. Our room was equipped with a portable airconditioner and we were surprised it was enough for the room to be chilly! Outside weather was cool but it wasnt as windy so we needed to use the air cooler. Had to request for some bathroom towels (hand, floor towels)"

"The service was satisfactory, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location is conveniently close to tourist attractions, particularly Burnham Park, and our room offered a beautiful view of SM Baguio, especially when framed by the fog. One minor downside is that without transportation or mobile service, the uphill walk can be quite steep and physically demanding, especially in the cold weather, though it certainly makes for a good workout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

Room is very clean, but quite small and congested, my room is on the road side, pretty noisy the whole day; at night could be a little bit better; 3.
