Yeste International Hotel (Baise Wanjingcheng)

I booked a deluxe suite for 2 days, with one bedroom and one living room. It felt good when I first walked in, but the experience was very bad after one day: 1. The wash basin is leaking, and there are water stains all over the floor. I can't believe that this problem would occur in a hotel that opened in 2023. I reported it to the front desk and arranged for maintenance personnel for a day. I have to put up with it. 2. The water pressure of the shower head is very low and the water output is too small, making bathing uncomfortable. 3. The air conditioner in the room does not cool. It can be set to 16 degrees and 30 degrees. I am really annoyed. I reported it to the front desk for repair. After 2 hours of repair, I can only say that it is a little cooler, but the temperature still cannot be adjusted. It is really unbearable. 4. The last point is that the soundproofing in the room was extremely poor. I could hear clearly the two men and one woman upstairs having sex at 2:30 in the morning. They were talking and singing clearly. I complained to the front desk, and the front desk arranged for the security guard to remind them, but to no avail. After negotiation, the hotel agreed to provide a king-size bed room for us to stay overnight. The next day, there was no response. I spent the money for a deluxe suite and stayed in a king-size bed room for the night. I really couldn't stand it. In summary, the experience is very bad!

篩選了很多酒店選擇了這一家，入住體驗酒店很好，大堂跟之前住過的大酒店完全不輸，房間面積挺大的窗也很大衞生也跟乾淨前台小姑娘很好，給我們推薦了當地的景點，早餐品種很多很有當地的特色，總體來説都很👍
