入住幾天，連續兩天不打掃房間，還要和前台説嗎？這麼高端的酒店，服務跟不上，無語😓怪不得評分這麼低

在攜程訂的豪華雙床房，到店沒有了給免費升級了園景雙床房，本來感覺還挺好的，包括剛進屋一眼看去也挺乾淨，房間也挺亮堂，窗外景觀很不錯。
但是住宿體驗不好！1⃣️馬桶🚽在開放空間，而且隔斷推拉門縫隙很寬，兩個人住，上廁所很尷尬😅2⃣️隔音不好，晚上睡覺的時候總能聽見別的房間關門的聲音，千萬別住電梯旁邊，因為電梯聲音在屋裡聽的特別清楚，旅途最重要的時候休息，完全沒有保障。3⃣️沒有護髮素，衹有洗護合一洗髮水，浴巾毛巾有濃濃的煙味不知道咋回事。

1、房頂一直有水流滴答聲、跟漏雨一樣、一晚上沒睡着、差評、反饋到前台前台解決方案就是給耳塞、有什麼用？外界噪音能用耳塞抵擋嗎
2、萬豪旗下盡然還收按金真行
3、衞生間開放式馬桶是真會想、不僅聞味道還要觀賞是吧、真無語
