The hotel tried to more than double the price of our stay one week before our arrival and then cancelled our reservation! Communication with the hotel was terrible, no answer to emails, miscommunication on messaging. Left us without accommodation, I can't recommend. Stay somewhere else!

Exceptional family-friendly hotel with nice pool and breathtaking city vistas. The on-site restaurant has tasty local dishes and drinks. I recommend family room because of bunker bed in second room - kids really enjoyed it. And be sure you use apps to call taxi - there is no public transport.

I stayed in the hotel for a week after the surgery. It was the best experience I had and I never regretted I’ve chosen this boutique hotel. It is located at the top part of the city and has amazing panoramic view of Baku. Arshad and other team members were very attentive and caring, ensuring my post surgery recovery was smooth and comfortable. The place though is amazing for romantic getaways. The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, warm floors in the bathrooms

I stayed with my friends in the first week of October, 2022. Badam de Art has the friendliest, helpful, kindest staff that one can think of; from the hotel managers to the concierge to the room service, everything was impeccable. The breakfast menu and the rest of the restaurant options both continental and Chinese are as good as any 5 star hotel. It is v near Downtown baku. If someone want to stay near the city centre but take a break from the 24 /7 hustlebustke, this hotel is your best choice indeed. The elevated location of the hotel offers rooms that open into sea views from the terrace where you can see the city scape and the Caspian sea sprawled before your eyes. The hotel manager haver Najafzada and Ali are very thorough professionals and very friendly.

This is just an amazing place! We were seated as soon as we arrived, despite the fact that it was 5 am! The room is very spacious, clean, large soft bed. The mini bar is full, all for a fee. If you need something, they will bring it to you right away. Very nice well-groomed territory of the hotel, a beautiful clean pool (not heated, but at the end of September I still swam in it), a gorgeous panorama of the city! It is very pleasant to spend evenings with a bottle of wine and a bewitching view. Breakfast is not a buffet, but very decent and well served. The staff deserves special praise, we felt just VIP guests! Special thanks to the manager Arshat for his attention and time. Don't worry about the location - a taxi to anywhere in the city from the hotel costs $1.7-2.5. I travel a lot and I can safely say that this place deserves attention.
