They don't value guests - I highly do not recommend!!!!
I would like to write a review about staying at the hotel, but Azal Airlines unilaterally cancelled tickets and flights to our region. For 1.5 months we only received formal replies from the hotel and in the end the hotel, despite the force majeure, did not return the money.
If you want adequate treatment of guests - this is definitely not the place

I checked in at 10 o'clock on the day of check-in. The front desk staff personally took me to the room. The lady was very considerate and introduced the hotel's facilities and environment to me in detail. The bed in the room was not very comfortable because it was not flat, one side was high and the other side was low, and it collapsed. And the quilt cover was not put on properly. The restaurant upstairs has a good view, the dinner tastes good, and there are many varieties of breakfast, but most of them are sweets. I asked the staff for chili sauce separately. I stayed for four days and was generally satisfied. The location is really good, and it is a three-minute walk from the subway station!

The hotel as a whole is not bad, but the tiles in the bathroom are coming off, they didn’t bring shampoos, they asked questions about cleaning, although by default it should always be done. In the room on the first floor, the humidity is high and the windows cannot be opened. If you want fried eggs for breakfast, it's better to show a picture. View on the 4th floor where the restaurant is good. It looks like a family business where not everyone is trying for the sake of quality service. There is something to work on. A great hotel to stay, friendly staff and excellent services. Their breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only issue was the location, taxis do not go into the old city and to get to the hotel or out of the hotel you had to walk a bit, but otherwise a great place to stay

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in this hotel. The room was very large, stylish and comfortable, the bed was enormous and everything worked really well including the Wi-Fi. It was spotlessly clean. All the staff were delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. There was a very good choice at breakfast both hot and cold dishes and lots of lovely fresh fruit. The restaurant is situated on the 4th floor and has wonderful views. We had one lunch in the hotel which was excellent. It is well situated in the old town and most things are within easy reach. We highly recommend this hotel.
