Nice hotel, in the very center of the old city, the location is simply excellent. It's very quiet, you'll sleep well! More or less good breakfast, 7\10. Excellent Wi-Fi and Internet. In the photo, of course, everything looks much better than it actually is in reality. The hotel itself, of course, no longer deserves 4 stars, everything has long been worn out, it’s time to update everything (all rooms, walls, plumbing, carpeting especially!) and do major and cosmetic repairs. It's more like 3.5 stars, not 4. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any issue.

The restaurant (Chorek Arasi) was a huge disappointment for me. I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time because I saw a lot of ads on social media, and I was very impressed by the menu and the view of the city from the rooftop. The only thing that matched my expectations was the view of the city. The food was cold, overpriced, and had very small portions. The taste was not good either. Here is what we ordered and my ratings from 1 (very bad/terrible) to 10 (I loved it): Toyuq popkorn (chicken popcorn) - 8 AZN - 1/10 Fries - 5 AZN - 1/10 Strogonov Quesadilla - 14 AZN - 2/10 Mexican Style Burrito - 14 AZN - 2/10 I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. You will pay a lot and get only dissatisfaction and a bad mood.

I moved to atropat after my horrible experience at white hotel and spa. The receptionist was helpful. The only thing I’d comment is on the basic room amenities (toiletries, kettle etc) that they said they don’t provide. Another negative point is their breakfast (very limited options such as boiled, red omelette or regular omelette with sausage inside). Overall they are located in a good place and has easy access to Baku city center.

Very average hotel, no cleaning, they don’t clean it themselves, you have to put up a sign. Everything is old, in the bathroom there is dust hanging on the ventilation grille.... The tulle, curtains are all stained.... Breakfast is very modest... there is really no choice at all.... and everything is always cold... If for some reason the dish is over, don’t expect more of it.. The location is only good, in the center of the old city.. Nearby there is a small playground where a homeless person lives and the smell is appropriate! There is a choice of hotels in this area!!! In general, I don’t recommend it!

Отель соответствует общепринятыми критериями "цена-качество", персонал старательный, доброжелательный, завтраки для меня весьма хорошие. Дальше не про отель, а о его расположении! То что называют Старым городом или Сердцем Баку - это древняя крепость с брусчаткой и и запутанным лабиринтом узких улиц с подъемами и спусками. Если отели находятся у ворот или выходов из этой крепости, то еще ничего, но если отели, такие как Атропат, то это не для возрастных туристов! Да и для въезда на такси в это "Сердце" надо платить 2 маната. Да не всегда вас могут пустить: там посольства, правительственные приемы и пешком в гору по жаре по лабиринту ...
