Hotel required deep cleaning and renovation, they are short of Iron, cleaning lady knock door and walk in the room took the iron and iron stand, i work late night till 4am, complain to front desk, they do not care, also there is too much noise in the room, asked to changed it, but room they gave me, one curtain is missing, its hard to sleep with so much day light in the room, I call complain to front desk, they reply they can not do anything, also no other room available, overall very bad experience. its like motel !!!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life,they charge so much and it’s like a horror building with 20% lights on.They mention air conditioning but after you reach they say that we don’t put the ac on so you can keep the windows open and stay. i paid so much for my suite room but it was more like a horror room,my small baby was bitten up by mosquitoes.

THIS HOTEL IS A CHEAT... THEY DOUBLE CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND YOU NEVER GET THE MONEY BACK.. I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR MY MONEY BACK. THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUDS ... AND TOO ADD TO THAT THE HOTEL IS PATHETIC AND THE STAFF EVEN WORSE... IN ALL MY YEARS OF TRAVEL.. THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL EVER...

It was a worst experience i have ever had in any hotel till date. Without permission they enter room for cleaning, no bedsheets, no pillow cover, no slippers, water leakage from top in bathroom

We are from the Rotary club of Margao Goa India and were on a holiday trip to Baku from 24th to 29th March, total of 29 people 15 rooms. We reached hotel Sapphire on 24th night at around 12 am after allotting our rooms two rooms the flushing cistern was not working after lot of arguments they changed one room other room they sent the plumber in the morning. Health faucets in all rooms are on the left side and can be used only by opening the tap below which splashes water all around. On the last day we are told that in one room water from the toilet has seeped into the living area and is charged penalty of $ 200. When asked for proof they did not have any. In another room they said that the boy of 7 years who was with us urinated on the bed and is charge penalty of $ 500. They were not ready to listen to any of our pleads to at least reduce the penalty and threatened us that they would call the police and we would have to go to the police station. As we had our flight t catch the persons occupying the rooms had to pay the huge amount. This is pure extortion and would never recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows the perfect thickness (I can't stand the over stuffed pillows that make your head lay at a 90 degree angle). The included breakfast had a LOT of options, including gluten free for my mom. The reason I'm only giving it 4 stars in that there was mildew in the bathroom and my parents room wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 11pm. They got an upgrade to a suite...but then they only had one towel in the bathroom. Just little stuff.

We had booked through an agent and airline package, promising us this to be a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately not fit for a 2 star No customer service, no facilities, no amenities, only location is a plus, breakfast so very poor too. Aida is very helpful at breakfast but there is hardly anything to serve. 5 minutes walk to Nizami street, store nearby location central. Hotel not the greatest
