Popular Baku 4-star Hotels

From the moment I arrived and asked for an early checkin, the staff haven been flexible and very engaging. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best in relation to aesthetics, but most importantly the staff.

Excellent location! There is a mall right across the street where we also find the promenade and gardens. There are restaurants, bank, exchange bureau, all nearby and it is in walking distances from museums and attractions. The facilities of the hotel are good, although not super luxurious. The rooms are quiet, regular size, with comfortable beds, and shower that does not flood the entire bathroom (a rarity!). Bottled water is provided in the room and replenished everyday. Also in the lobby it offers water with lemon at all times for free. The breakfast is vast and varied. The staff is courteous. Recommended.

This is my 3rd visit to Baku because its a beautiful and vibrant city with many touristic places to visit.Especially the Azeri people are very cordeal and receptive.I think this is one of the safest cities of the world.The hotels are cheap and quote effordable.The transport system is superb one doesn't have to hire a taxi because it's metro network is widely spreader and cheap.

Small, cozy hotel in the old town. Located at the back of the street, in the courtyard, so the rooms are quiet. You can't hear cars or people. Metro 3 minutes walk. The room was deluxe, clean and spacious. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Elevator . Breakfast is included, each is served on a tray. No choice. I advise you to pay only upon arrival. We were paid by the locals through Booking from their card and at the reception they could not find the payment. Receptionists for the work score two. Zero information and attention. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

Отель отменил бронь Не смотря на то что я там оставалась и оплатила все в полной мере Есть фото, скрины переписки и тп Начнём с того что я запросила раннее заседание, мне его дали Поэтому дальше я решила закрывать на многое глаза. 1. Мне никто не помог поднять чемодан на второй этаж 2. В отеле не работал в первую ночь вай Фай. Точнее администратор ничего не хотел С этим делать пока я не позвонила человеку, чей номер указан на букинге 3. Я бронировала номер с ванной. На что мне сказали что это улучшенный и дают его на одну ночь, а потом с утра переселение 4. С утра меня разбудили чтобы успеть убрать номер в номер без ванны. Ок, у меня было ранее заселение, все бывает. Я это пропустила. 5. В отеле не работает душ!!! Душ сломался! Я позвала администратора и он с этим ничего не сделал Потом я позвонила директору и администратор с недовольным лицом и ворчанием зачем мне душ начал его чинить 6. В отеле мелкие жуки Я попросила раннее заселение, они подтвердили , а после подтверждения требуют с меня дополнительную плату за ранее заселение А забыла, завтрака в отели тоже нет и ночью человек спит на кухне :)

The location is superior, more than 2 kilometers straight from the seaside, you can walk to the Maiden Tower Scenic Area and Haibin Avenue Park. Comfortable room, generous breakfast, good service! High cost performance

I stayed at the hotel in June 2024. I liked the hotel. They put me in a standard room. There were delicious breakfasts. I was very pleased with the pool and gym. I would like to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff for my comfortable vacation.

It is very close to the pedestrian street, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. very convenient. The small hotel is clean and hygienic. Breakfast is simple. After all, the price is affordable, it is highly recommended to travel on business!
