I was very disappointed. What upset me the most was that despite being advertised as a pet-friendly guesthouse, they wouldn't allow my dog into the dining area for breakfast. We were flat-out denied entry. When I tried to discuss it, they claimed it was to avoid disturbing other guests. However, there were only two other guests in the dining room, seated further inside. I suggested we could sit at the table closest to the entrance, in the corner – just a small spot for him to be. But they firmly refused, and I was absolutely furious.
