"This is the best place to stay in Bohol. Everything is superb specially the FRONT DESK guy who is very helpful and friendly and will taking care of you if anything you need. His like working in a five star hotel. The food preparation is superb. It’s very recommendable place to stay trust me. Will be going back there. We check in 8/8/22 and check out 8/10/22. "

"The boss is two middle-aged women, they are very enthusiastic, and the garden is amazing! Maybe the room I booked was cheaper, the bed linen was old, and when I entered the bed, a mouse poop was lying on a yellow urine stain. There was no air conditioning, and the door could not be locked when I went out. I could only sleep. Locked up, there are good poultry and many dogs around. The rooster can’t tell the morning and night. It crowed 24 hours a day. The dog screamed like a wolf at night, and at night it also barked like a worm. "I booked a superior sea-view room, but was told not to, and gave a room with three single beds. It is inconvenient to get in and out, it is best to drive by yourself, otherwise the money will be collected randomly when the front desk is called. The only bright spot is that I will ask you what time to eat breakfast, breakfast will be prepared in advance, and you can eat directly at the door."

"Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond! All staff was very helpful. Food was good. Jennifer, our driver was awesome. She stopped daily for a bakery and coffee, as we toured Bohol. She even stopped at a tourist shop foThanr a Tshirt, since we couldn't find one at the stops we were on!! Thanks to Hotel Gabriella!!"

"The hotel is well situated, but the design is outdated. Bathroom for example doesn’t have the curtain so when you shower all the water will flow out and will make it slippery and dangerous for kids. Lack of enough towels. Outside room is nice as it has big space for kids to run."

"The location is the main reason I booked this hotel (just 5mins walk from the port). But their awesome service made my stay even more pleasant - all smiles from all the staff!👍🏻👏🏻 The room is clean, with just enough space for you to move around and the thing I like most is their full-length mirror. They also have a hot/cold shower with good water supply, however they just don’t have bidet in the rest room. But then overall, it’s a fabulous stay. I would definitely stay here again😊"

"The service is very good, praise the patience of the front desk manager, the breakfast is very good, American breakfast, a variety of choices, ready to cook. The front desk can call a special car, which is more convenient. There is also a restaurant downstairs, which is cheap and delicious. Many locals and students go there. You can add meals for free and you can eat all you need. Stayed here for two days and felt very comfortable. That is, some rooms are not sufficiently ventilated. The location is good, 20 minutes walk to the city."

"I think this hotel is at this price, it is a second* peer! The only downside is that there is no elevator. However, I was not caring enough for the guests. My arm was injured and there were some blood stains on the sheets and quilts. I received a 400 cleaning fee. I still recommend it to others. Staff is friendly and fried rice and soup taste good. Air conditioning is not bad too! Network signal is comparable to China! This is the first time I have not felt anxious for the network in the Philippines!"

"This hotel is good, the rooms are bigger and the facilities are more complete. The environment of the hotel is very good. On the first floor is a large restaurant similar to a coffee shop. But the breakfast is average, so it's a meal. There are two types to choose from, American or local, American is bread slices, and the local staple food is rice. The hotel is quiet, the only downside is that it is a bit far from the pier. But the hotel service is very good, knowing that we are going to the pier in the morning, we sent a car to take us there. The price does not feel expensive."

"That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!"
