Aan old room that has been well preserved. The main factor is cleanliness- no smell, no mold. The amenties is basic, hot woter is not too hot. For this price it's alright. Hotel is away from center, nothig to do here, so you need your transport.

The hotel is very easy to find. The location is good and beautiful, right next to the lake or Kwan Phayao. The view is worth millions. The staff is very attentive. The room is clean. The breakfast is good.

The rooms are big, clean, soundproofing is good, ah delicious, the staff are lovely.
Especially the housekeeper who cleans the room is very cute and has good manners.
