Very close to everything! 3 min to downtown Canandaigua and to Lakeshore Drive. Close to local Breweries and Wineries. 4 Min to Canandaigua Pier. 5 Min to CMAC concert venue, 10 minutes to Other Half brewery (our favorite). Very to close to all local wedding/ event venues! Lots of local nature parks and trails to explore! Bristol Mountain is 15 minutes away and West Lake road is home to the best fall foliage around! Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall - Canandaigua Lake has it all. Always something to do in the Canandaigua and Finger Lakes Region! Enjoy the fall foliage and close to Bristol Mountain for scenery and skiing! A quick google search of Canandaigua NY "things to do" will bring up all the wonderful things to explore in the Finger Lakes region. Soak up the sun on the very large deck and view the beauty of the lake! There is plenty of seating on the deck and stone walkway, there is a grill and propane fireplace on the deck for your entertainment. Large kitchen and family room for entertaining! Great area to enjoy the sunrise and beautiful weather! Wine chiller on site to chill all the great local wine! Access to the lake from this property where you can go swimming or kayaking! (Note- there is no public beach at the lake access, but there a swimming beach at Atwater park or Kershaw park) See pictures for details on lake access, please be respectful of neighbors! A short drive to other Finger Lakes to enjoy all of the beautiful scenery and wineries and breweries around (there are a lot!) The house has king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and twins in the other rooms, included in the rental is 2 air mattresses and sectional sofa as well. Washer and dryer use included. The master bedroom walks out to the deck with great views of the lake and surrounding nature! Kitchen includes the basic necessities, cooking pans and utensils, and drinkware/silverware. We will provide paper towels (2 rolls) and toilet paper for each bathroom (2 rolls per bathroom). There will be some dishwasher and laundry detergent pods on site as well! We do ask that you keep the screen doors shut as mush as possible to prevent mosquitoes from getting in the house! We will provide a couple citronella candles as well on arrival! Beautiful year round Canandaigua Lake House. This 3100 sqft 6 bedroom, 3 full bathroom lake-house that sleeps 12 people including a bonus room. The house sits on a hill and has a huge wrap around porch with the most amazing view of the lake as well as the private permanent dock. If you are not enjoying the dock you can spend your time on the porch where you can enjoy coffee and cocktails as well as a good book. The property has an acre of land with a great spot for yard games and ample parking. There is a driveway from a private rd in the back (Onnalinda dr) as well as a circular driveway in the front off West Lake rd. The property is located less then 3 miles from the City of Canandaigua where you can enjoy anything from fine dining to coffee, ice cream, burgers and breweries. Summer/Spring/Fall months - The dock has a a place to dock your boat (Boat whips are on the dock and will accommodate most boats) as well as a swimming raft and a small beach house with a small refrigerator and a place to store your things over night. Outdoor seating on terrace will be available for your use along with 2 at the waterfront until next year. We loan water toys/life jackets hanging in lake level room+ scuba mask/fins. Make sure life jackets are snug for appropriate fit. Lots of festivals nearby. Private Chauffeur to wineries for additional fee. First 4 people stay in street&2nd level of home. Lower Bedroom is L shaped & only avail. when renting for 5-8 persons. Note: if U don't reserve/pay for 5-8 persons, the lake bed room/ - then the house will B about 1500 sf since Suite B will be closed off. Pictures 19-24 are not our home but properties closer by. Lower lake level room pictures start@pic 25 & have multiple views of different angles of the beds. Since it is @ lake level, it is naturally cooler&quieter there.
