It is also conveniently located steps away from two grocery stores and a pharmacy. This fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo has breathtaking views of the San Juan mountains with patios off of the living room and master bedroom. The condo has been renovated and has a luxurious modern feel. It has a TV/entertainment system with surround sound speakers in the living room and comes with access to Netflix. The master bedroom has a TV as well, and the condo has private WiFi access throughout. A full-size washer/dryer are conveniently located within the unit. The building it is in has locked entrances after hours and on the weekends, and has a coffee shop and bank in the lobby. As a tenant, you also have access to a rooftop patio that has a BBQ for use.
