This one bedroom riverfront home is considered one of the finest rentals in Helen.Quiet location yet very close to town - 1-2 blocks! Clean - like new condition. Approximately 30 feet from the river - unobstructed and gorgeous view! Level backyard to the river. The condo’s location is in town for the ease of enjoying Helen's many venues and year round activities. It has a well lit covered parking area. The condo building has 4 units - 2 lower and 2 upper. This home is on the lower level just above the covered parking. There are fifteen stairs to reach the condo (While the building does have an elevator, we cannot guarantee its functioning status as that is managed by the HOA. While we would love to host you, if an elevator is a necessity we encourage you to continue your search rather than experience any inconvenience. As of 6/4/25 the elevator is out of order with an unknown date of repair, this listing will be updated when it has been repaired.) There is a front balcony (small/Juliet) just off the dining room. It provides a street view and a view of a few business establishments.
