Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 16 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.POOL|SPA:Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. A $750 fine will be imposed for parking on the street or TOWED!!! Please park in the driveway, which accommodates up to 4 cars: 3 on the driveway itself and 1 in the indoor spot designated for your exotics and specialty cars.WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures we can thoroughly clean and prepare the property for all guests.Our schedules are strictly enforced and failing to comply with these times will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay to cover the inconvenience and potential delay caused to incoming guests.WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 88 degrees. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE?No golf cart currently.WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a SMALL Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.DO YOU ALLOW PETS?Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet’s stay for the first pet, $50 for each pet thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. Thank you.PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever.
