Both bedrooms have a television. The family room has a queen size pullout sofa as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and it also has a dishwasher. We provide both a drip coffee maker (filters are provided) and a Keurig coffee maker (initial supply of pods are provided). A small high top table (when pulled away from the wall and the leaves extended) allows for 4 people to eat a meal together. There is a private, fenced area with a large covered table and 5 chairs as well as a grill. There is parking for 2 cars. Please park on the right side of the driveway facing the building. A shared laundry room is located on the rear right side of the building. The code to the door is 6789. There is also a water taxi that you can take to see why Stuart is one of the top destinations for boating! I am available any time! We took the opportunity for pictures and admiration of the architecture and history preserved in the beautiful buildings. Extending behind all of downtown’s main area is a boardwalk over the St. Lucie River, where one can spot dolphins, fish, and oysters. After a meal of downtown’s delicacies and a day of shopping, the Riverwalk is the perfect place to wind down after a day of excitement. A wonderful spot for a stroll, we timed it perfectly to see the sunset over the water, a view that is unsurpassed in beauty. On Sundays from 1-4 in the afternoon, a local concert rocks the Riverwalk with a different band each week. Seating is free, and vendors provide quick snacks while meals at one of historic downtown’s restaurants is always only a step away. The pool is easily accessible and is located in a large (gated & secure) backyard area.* The backyard also provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort.Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use. It only looks outward and does not look inward into the house). The house is also equipped with high speed WIFI, which can be accessed throughout the home....including the pool area! Two smart TV's offer live YouTube TV (news, sports, weather, local networks, cable channels etc.) as well as the ability to use your own personal login/password to sign into any subscription/streaming networks you have! We also have a 2 person, sit-on-top KAYAK available for complementary use while staying at our house. It incudes 2 paddles, life jackets, and tie downs for transport. This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities.
