Top 5-Star Hotels in Bali

One of our favorite hotels to stay in Sanur. Excellent location along the beach, sprawling grounds with multiple pools, well landscaped gardens, multiple restaurants and dining options. Bamboo Beach Bar is a great hangout overlooking the ocean. It’s an older hotel but makes up for it with friendly staff, excellent service, great breakfast buffet and cleanliness. We look out for the occasional good deals on the Trip.com app to get up to 30-40% discount!

Really nice and cozy hotel. It has a decent gym and swimming pool. It offers complimentary airport shuttle service ,which is really nice and also one free massage ,which is really professional, unlike a lot of local massages🤣. You also get one free voucher for either food or beverages that we used for delicious drinks and 15% discount for the food within the hotel. The staff really friendly and polite. I have seen some reviews stating the hotel is worn and I also noticed some but mostly outside ,paint were coming off but assume it was due to salty air. But inside well maintained. Breakfast buffet was really great and delicious with a various option for everyone. Overall, this hotel is a nice affordable place with great staff and food. And now my message to people who complained about the hotel is not a 5star...Stop being delusional ,you want a five star palace? Go to Savoy and pay 300£ a night and you will get all you desire instead of paying 35 and complaining. Really nice hotel,which I recommend Regards, Damian

This hotel is old but very well kept. The room 430 we had was very big and very clean, the view of the pool and ocean was beautiful. The Housekeeping staff are amazing especially Slamet. We would personally like to Thank Slamet as he went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of Western food but what we had was hot and tasty especially the Egg Station. A big thank you also to Suriati and Tutik for looking after us, it was lovely to see their smiling faces at breakfast. The pool area is lovely with beach access. All food we had at the restaurants was very tasty and hot. Thank you once again for a fabulous stay, see you all again in June.

Great location and very friendly staff .. they do everything to make guests happy … clean beach and quit a lot of chairs .. housekeeping is amazing especially Aldino that made all the request perfectly right … breakfast could have some improvement on hot section since everyday is the same .. pastry is quit good as well as crapes idea .. still quit a lot of variety .. .. food in other restaurants is quit ok but portions could be bit bigger for the price .. the only flow is that there is way too many mosquitoes around so one can’t sit outdoors after 6:30 pm which is really pity especially that there is nice restaurants at the beach with music .. they need to buy some outdoor fans and spray daily .. one does not have this problem in Jimbaran .. the only reason I might not consider going back is mosquitoes!! They bite like crocodile … bite places are swollen and achy!!

What a wonderful hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The amenities were excellent, the rooms are kept clean and are comfortable. No slides in the pool area but they had a small lazy river in the sister hotel which the kids enjoyed, they did have a few relaxing bean bag floats in the pool which were good. Downside was that they had an outdoor jacuzzi but it didn’t work well, it was warm but no jets. The pool, beach areas are kept clean and tidy and there were plenty of sun beds. The shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, and the afternoon snacks by the pool were good too. Prices are a bit on the high side but that was expected.

The hotel is nice, location is great; room was good size, no smell, looks renovated. I loved the vibe of the hotel, their shows, live music - it was great. Areas for improvement: breakfast is quite basic, I would have added more vegetables and some meat, cold cuts. And the greatest improvement area is the main swimming pool - it is very dirty. Small pool in the garden was clean. There are activities and live music by the main pool, but we couldn’t use it due to dirty water. There are many places to eat inside and outside the hotel. Beach is across the road - very beautiful for the sunset.

This was one of the best places we stayed at in Bali. It is well structured, designed and maintained. The food was good with many options. The location is perfect with very nice pools and pool slide. They also have Camels and can provide you with a riding experience on the beach.

Absolutely love the hotel. We arrived early and was informed that the room can only be ready by 12. We walked around and came back as It's just beside beachwalk mall and u can go through the connector from the hotel. Checked in the room and they made it ready, Aircon was turned on, luggage was already up and the baby cot is also ready. The staffs are so friendly, always seeing them smile and greeting us everytime we pass by. Also, location is opposite the beach and you can walk through poppies lane, which is also beside the hotel. Will definitely come again.

My wife and Myself have just returned from our 21st visit to Bali Tropic Resort where we stayed for 10 Nights.It was a spur of the moment visit and as usual it was a Great experience.As soon as we walked up the stairs we were welcomed by all Staff and we new we were at our second home.Our accomodation was ready for us as usual very clean and welcoming.As usual we went with the All-inclusive option which makes it a very relaxing Holiday.The Meal Menu improves every visit and the new Chef takes a keen interest on our thoughts and our input.We will be returning in Late June with my 15 strong family to celebrate my daughters 40 th birthday and my 70 th and they can’t wait .I again emphasise that Bali Tropic resort is the best Hotel in Bali

Absolutely incredible stay! Fantastic staff - especially at the restaurant recommending dishes for us etc, room service was incredible and well priced, pool was beautiful with great views. Don’t listen to people complaining about the location, no it’s not in the centre of Ubud, but how would it be and be in a wonderful setting in the jungle too? 10/10 would recommend, even as five star hotels go this is very up there. (They gave us a free room upgrade too). Wild monkeys can be seen too but don’t take over the resort, deer on site, they buggy you from the restaurant to your room, free afternoon tea and activities also on daily!
